Absolutely amazing property, perfect location, hosts fantastic!! Tip- Catch 33 bus from almost outside front door to centre of nice or walk to Villefranche-sur-Mer- both fabulous to eat and explore! Cannot recommend this venue highly enough

Wonderful Quiet Retreat

Our stay here in Mont Boron was a wonderful quiet, peaceful retreat, with a view that can't be beat. Having our rental car, we were literally withn 10-15 minutes of most of the places we wanted to see. We spent much time at beaches, seeing the sights (both surrounding and local - Matisse museum), renting electric bikes to cruise the city, and enjoying great French food, from restaurants and markets. Theirry and Fabian, were gracious and excellent hosts, providing a pool side French Apertif our last evening before we returned. For the relaxing quiet view, after daily outings, returning here to call it a day, was enjoyable.

Superlative Home

This property and the hosts, Fabienne and Thierry , was fantastic. Five stars! Located in a lovely area away from Centre Ville, but close enough by bus or car to all of the attractions in the Cote d,Azure and surrrounding environs. Buses run often, so we rarely used the car that we rented. The swimming pool is perfect for a morning swim and the park offers some lovely walks and hikes for those with varying abilities. Fabienne and Thierry were charming, gracious and lots of fun. Unfortunately, I fell ill a few days into the trip and spent several days in hospital, but they took excellent care of my husband, who was understandably nervous and doesn't speak a word of French. We plan to return as soon as we are able!

Wonderful Views; Charming and Friendly Reception

There’s so much I could praise that I don’t even know where to start, so I will try to give the highlights: I was in Nice for a « work-cation » and this was absolutely the perfect spot for that. Situated at the top of Mt Boron, among many of the world’s most famous people, the views, particularly of Cap Ferrat are incredible. There’s lots to explore and see off the beaten path. And if you are lucky, you’ll get a fireworks show or two on the weekends. This well-built in-law accommodation is located away from the hustle and bustle of central Nice, but really is easily accessible via the #33 bus if you don’t rent a vehicle. Getting to Eze, Villefranche, Monaco etc. was also very easy by bus (and I assume by car too). It was so peaceful at night and I was well-rested to explore in the morning and then work remotely. The wifi was good enough for video calls and screen sharing. Fabienne and Thierry were incredibly warm owners/hosts. They suffered graciously through me practicing French and provided ample advice and suggestions for exploring. It was a highlight of my experience to share a meal and a drink with them while we talked about everything and nothing. The true test of any accommodation is: would I return? Absolutely. I only wish I could have extended my stay a few days!

Super schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement fĂŒr 2 Personen mit nettem kleinen Pool. Tolles Ambiente, phĂ€nomenale Aussicht! Zu Fuss ĂŒber Treppen ist man in ca. 25 Minuten am Hafen in Nizza. Enkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohlergehen ihre GĂ€ste bemĂŒht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt!!

1 Woche in einem wahren Paradies

Wir hatten eine wirklich unglaublich tolle Zeit ! In dem sehr schönen, hell und freundlich eingerichteten Appartement, welches mit Allem ausgestattet war, was es fĂŒr einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht, konnte man sich nur wohlfĂŒhlen!!!Die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Cap Ferrat, kann man eigentlich gar nicht in Worte fassen, weil es in Wahrheit viel schöner war, als dass man es hier nur annĂ€hernd zu beschreiben vermag. Umwerfend!!!Den Tag begonnen und beendet, haben wir mit einem Bad im erfrischenden Pool - mehr geht nicht. Herrlich!Soviel zum Appartement etc., doch das warme und herzliche welcome unserer Vermieter, Fabienne und Thierry, war wirklich unglaublich!Die Cockerspanieldame PĂŒppi war mindestens genauso herzig, wie die Beiden - einfach toll!Es hat einfach gepasst und so sind wir als GĂ€ste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen. Super séjour

Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer les propriĂ©taires mais les Ă©changes ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathiques. Ils sont trĂšs arrangeants, le logement est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, la vue splendide, la piscine est trĂšs bien entretenue et trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă©galement. Le voisinage est trĂšs sympathique aussi. Tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht und auf das Cap Ferrat.

Eine tolles Apartment, perfekt fĂŒr 2 Personen, mit einer unbeschreiblichen Aussicht. KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet, Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Der Pool liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne und lĂ€dt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden, Bushaltestelle in kurzer Entfernung. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Ein Paradies mit atemberaubender Aussicht!

Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Apartment verbringen zu dĂŒrfen, und es hat alle unsere Erwartungen ĂŒbertroffen. Die phantastische Sicht ĂŒber die Bucht war einfach atemberaubend und noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das Apartment selbst war ein wahrer Ruhepol zwischen dem lebhaften Nizza und dem charmanten Villefranche. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Schönheit und auch das Hinterland der CĂŽte d'Azur zu erkunden, und gleichzeitig bot es die Ruhe und Erholung, nach der wir uns gesehnt hatten. Die Vermieter waren Ă€ußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Sie blieben immer im Hintergrund, aber standen auch auf Nachfrage gerne parat fĂŒr Empfehlungen fĂŒr Restaurants und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten parat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass dieses Apartment ein wahres Paradies fĂŒr Hundefreunde ist. Unser vierbeiniger Begleiter wurde genauso herzlich willkommen geheißen wie wir. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war tadellos, und die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Die KĂŒche lĂ€dt zum Kochen der marktfrischen EinkĂ€ufe ein Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, und wir können sie uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nĂ€chsten Besuch! Vielen Dank an Fabienne und Thierry fĂŒr diese wundervolle Zeit!

Absolutamente fabuloso

La casa es preciosa, todavĂ­a mejor que en las fotos y las vistas impresionantes. Estuvimos muy comodos y super agusto. Thierry es muy amable, siempre interesado si necesitabamos algo y si todo estaba bien. La zona es tranquila, apartada del bullicio de Niza, lo que se agradece, con el coche estĂĄbamos en 10 min. Muy recomendable.

SĂ©jour inoubliable !

Thierry et son Ă©pouse sont extrĂȘmement sympathiques, savent se faire discrets malgrĂ© la promiscuitĂ© avec leur logement. Ils sont trĂšs avenants : merci pour le dĂ©licieux potage qu'ils nous ont offert le soir de notre arrivĂ©e, se souciant de savoir si nous avions de quoi manger. Quant Ă  la vue, elle est Ă©poustouflante ! Voir la rade de Villefranche depuis le salon, la cuisine et la salle de bain est simplement fantastique !

An Excellent stay!

Wonderful views! Wonderful people! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay two week here. The Races were kind enough to pick me up from the airport,,, so appreciated. Transportation without a car was easy and efficient after a few trials. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again.

Super skĂžn perle

Boligen: Dejlig bolig som ligger pÄ samme grund som ejeren af boligen. Dejlig varm pool som ligger lige foran boligen. Dejlig terrasse bÄde ved boligen og ovenpÄ boligen. SovevÊrelse er lavet sÄdan, sÄ man har den flotte udsigt direkte fra sengen af. Alt sammen helt nyt og i gode materialer. Meget flot bolig, god skabsplads og rigtig godt indrettet. OmrÄdet: En utrolig flot perle. Udsigten fra boligen findes ikke flottere og den ligger i et meget stille omrÄde. Skal man til Nice, kan man tage bus 33, som gÄr ca. tre gange i timen (det tager ca. 17 min.), ellers gÄr man de 49 etage ned og ca. to km sÄ er man i Nice. Nice er en by med masser af smÄ side gader med butikker og spisesteder. Der er lÊkkert frugt og grÞntmarked alle hverdage, som er et besÞg vÊrd. VÊlger man den anden by, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, som er helt utrolig flot gÄr der ogsÄ her en sti ned til byen. Der er ca. 1500 mtr. sÄ er man dernede. Der er ogsÄ mulighed for, at tage bus 100 fra Nice til Monaco hvilket ogsÄ er en stor oplevelse der kan anbefales. I byen Beaulieu-sur-Mer var der kÊmpe stort og flot fyrvÊrkeri ca. hver anden aften. VÊrtspar: Rigtige sÞde og meget venlige mennesker, som hvis man Þnsker det vil de hjÊlpe alt det de kan. Vi var sÄ heldige, at fÄ dejlig frokost med dem et par gange. En sent eftermiddag kÞrte manden os op til et meget flot udsigtspunkt (Eze) og igen et stop senere pÄ vej nedad bjerget. En eftermiddag gik vi ned til Beaulieu-sur-Mer, hvor de kunne fortÊlle sÄ utrolig mange ting omkring omrÄdet og begge dele ville vi ikke have set uden dem. Hvis man Þnsker, at vÊre sig selv er dette heller ikke et problem, de tager meget hensyn til deres lejer. SÄ tak fra os for en rigtig god uge hos jer og jeres skÞnne perle. SÄ klart en stor og varm anbefaling herfra til en dejlig og rolig ferie pÄ en perle af et feriested.
