Magnifique vue sur Nice depuis la terrasse

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement avec une vue superbe sur le port de Nice et la baie des Anges. Idéalement placé pour aller en ville (10 mn à pied du vieux port). Transports en commun à proximité pour Nice et les destinations extérieures ( Cap Ferrat, Monaco, ....). Tramway et bus pour venir directement de l'aéroport (bus au pied de l'immeuble). Accueil très agréable et très cordial d'Odette qui nous a fait découvrir l'appartement et la résidence.

Great stay

From start to finish we had a fantastic week away in Nice! The check in process was easy. Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving late however the housekeeper waited for our arrival and gave a very thorough tour of the apartment, she also gave me her phone numbers if there were to be any issues. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The view was incredible and we had sun all day. The apartment was located directly on a bus route with a bus stop right outside which made our lives so much easier. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave so we were so thankful to have the pool available and the locals were very friendly. We would 100% return and recommend to other! Thank you again!!

Résidence avec piscine, très belle vue, à proximité du port.

3e séjour dans cette résidence bien entretenue. Nous apprécions sa piscine, la très belle vue sur la mer et sa localisation avec bus en bas de l’immeuble. L’appartement différent des précédents situé en dernier étage est bien équipé.

Très bon séjour ! La piscine est vraiment un plus, les transports en commun devant la résidence également. Résidence très bien entretenue et appartement entièrement refait. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeant. Merci !

Lovely apartment with brilliant views

The apartment was great for our needs during our stay. Amazing views from the balcony, great location with regular bus services into Nice and to Monaco. The pool was an added bonus. Frederica was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friends.

Holiday with family

Everything was perfect. Aircondition was good even there was 40 degrees out. View is unbelievable and there is two pools, one for little children and one for those who can swim.

Nicht gross, aber sehr zweckmäßig gestaltet, mit tollem Blick. Küstenstraße vor der Tür, Schlafraum nach hinten aber ruhig. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, auch direkte Buslinie zum Flughafen. Pool für 60 Wohneinheiten. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Goed gelegen en mooi ingericht appartement. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Bushalte openbaar vervoer net aan het gebouw. Jammer van het drukke verkeer op de Boulevard Carnot.

Ein herrliches Studio mit wunderbarer Aussicht über die baie des anges, den Hafen und die Stadt! In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll neu renoviert und in einem Top- Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit !

Väldigt fin lägenhet i bra läge

Lägenheten är utrustad med modernt kök och har allt man behöver( med både diskmaskin o tvättmaskin). En fördel jag tycker med lägenheten var att busshållplatsen är utanför porten och bussar till Monaco går direkt därifrån. Nära till hamnen och strandklippor, väldigt fin utsikt mot havet från balkongen. Vi kommer definitivt välja denna lägenhet nästa gång. Husvärden väldigt trevlig.

This is a lovely, well eq...

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment with glorious views. It was spotlessly clean and although really only one big room (with a sliding door to seperate the sleeping space)we were very comfortable. With buses running regularly from the doorstep and a clean and welcoming pool, it has all the ingredients for a good holiday.
