Dana's house is located in the heart of a private residence, an oasis of peace a stone's throw from the Beach, a 7-minute walk from the old port where restaurants and bars offer many specialties on beautiful terraces by the sea.
The house consists of two floors with individual entrances. It is a charming building that has kept its "historic" and warm side.
The apartment is upstairs, finely decorated, has a large bright living room, a beautiful terrace with open views of the garden and the hill, two spacious bedrooms with views of the garden. Kitchen and bathroom have retained the character of the time. A stone barbecue in the garden is available. You can park the car right in front of the house.

Wonderful base for our quick stay in Nice. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and coffee. Location was great to walk to the port and Old City. Were able to park our car right in front of house. Host was excellent in welcoming us and helping us settle in.

We felt very comfortable.

All in all, we felt very comfortable; it was exactly as described, just as advertised. We also really liked the quiet location and the parking right outside. Aurelie is an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Thank you again for the wonderful time.

An oasis in the city

A wonderfull place to rest after exploring the city or even just to relax a hole day long in the shady garden.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to calm down, close enough to dive in, just perfect!The cozy apartment offers with its two bed rooms and a spacious living room enough space for a family with two kids, beside the garden it has a nice balcony and a chilling air conditioning.An extra star for Aurélie the wellcoming host, courteous and discreet at the same time… merci beaucoup pour tout!!!

Nice in Nice!

Nous sommes venus pour le week-end de F1 à Monaco ; ce fut un plaisir de séjourner dans une authentique villa niçoise, idéalement située à proximité des transports en commun et des restaurants. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. We came for the F1 weekend in Monaco; it was a delight to stay in an authentic Nice villa, perfectly located for public transport and restaurants. Perfekt für unseren Urlaub

Wir waren bereits 3x in dieser Unterkunft und fühlen uns bei Aurélie schon ein wenig wie zuhause! Die Wohnung hat für uns alles, was wir brauchen. Total bequeme Betten - wir und die beiden Kinder schlafen jedesmal total gut und entspannt. Für die Kinder gibt es auch jedes Mal Spielzeug extra und auch bei Fragen oder ähnlichem hilft Aurélie gerne. Tolle Lage nahe dem Hafen, ruhige Gegend (Privatstraße!) mit Parkplatz direkt davor. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Très bon séjour dans le quartier du port de Nice

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et à la décoration agréable. L’accueil d’Aurelie est très chaleureux et la localisation dans une voie privée donc super calme est top. Nous avons découvert le quartier vivant et dynamique du port, avec ses commerces et restaurants, le tout à proximité du vieux Nice

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados) dans ce logement idéalement placé, dans un endroit calme, préservé, à l'écart de l'affluence touristique. L'accès aux petites plages locales est un vrai atout. Nos ados étaient autonomes. L'accès au vieux Nice et à la promenade des Anglais à pieds est tout a fait possible en longeant le port dont le charme est indiscutable. Le logement est bien équipé. Aurélie, la propriétaire qui habite sur place, est très accueillante et très disponible. Nous recommandons ce logement

Super séjour à Nice !

Aurélie nous a très bien conseillé sur les sorties/commerces/plages et tout était accessible facilement sans voiture. L’appartement était très agréable avec un ventilateur qui rafraîchissait en dépit du manque de clim. Merci encore pour ce séjour!
