Great apartment in the heart of Nice

We really enjoyed staying at this place. We had plenty of space and all the amenity we needed. It is in a great location and easy to get to lots of points of interest. The bed was a little bit small and uncomfortable, but other than that we would recommend staying here.

Our late Feb trip to Nice was warm and very Spring-like - almost ideal. The apt. on the old harbor was just great. Hosts were attentive, the place was clean and comfortable and just right. Close to everything. Our new home away from home.

Great Port of Nice Apartment

Great location Check in and out went smoothly using WhatsApp Good restaurants overlooking Port Easy to move around using Tram line 2 -- goes to airport Nice Riquier train station a 25 minute walk for the train running from Cannes to Ventimiglia BUT BEWARE of pickpockets on crowded trains -- experience talking !!

Great location; great place to stay but some concerns

The apartment is located in a great spot right on the port, near to transportation, restaurants and a grocery store. Outdoor deck. Great to have effective AC during a particularly hot spell. Layout is a bit unusual: shower and bright light in glass enclosure right next to the head of the bed; little room for working in the kitchen, furniture a bit worn and wobbly; towels allotted were dreadful. Still a great place to stay, good price, easy to work with.

Apartment - Nice Port

Great Comms prior to our visit. Simple check in process. Laure was a great host and very helpful throughout. This apartment was ideal for our 11 day stay in Nice, bright, modern and comfortable with everything you'd need for a trip away. Walkable to a beach and right on the harbour, the tram line & main route bus stops also just a few minutes walk away. There are lots of good bars and restaurants in the area with a small supermarket below the apartment plus a great bakery across the street. It's a busy part of the city so expect the usual levels of traffic and public noise. Our only negative comments would be that the floors in general were a little dirty & that the showerhead also needed a clean prior to use. I have no doubt that we will return :0)

If you like noise till 3 AM, this is the place for you

The location at Nice port was ok, the check in process was difficult, all the streets were jammed Then we were told no parking, when we reserved the place in July, parking was included, we show up in October , No Parking, we had to spend $312, for parking, my wife signed the rules document, it stated on there that 1 parking space was included under the tenement building. VERBO was aweful in handling the situation, they informed me that they’re only an advertising agency and don’t get involved in disputes

It was ok.

The check in and check out process was terrible. Make sure you know that You HAVE to check out between 8-10am or you will be charged 30 euros. Check in - you have to meet with the check in person at the exact time. They give you one set of keys, we locked the keys inside the apartment because door locks itself from outside - we got charged 30 euros ! The apartment was in a nice neighborhood but we couldn’t sleep at night because the Naighboor had laud music and you can hear all the street noises during night.

Trop bruyant durant le soir et la nuit. On entendait les voisins durant la nuit. PropretĂ© trĂšs modĂ©rĂ©e, la literie avec certaines taches jaunĂątres et les serviettes seraient Ă  changer. Le divan-lit, le divan, trĂšs inconfortables, le plancher se dĂ©forme sous nos pas, trop d’objets de dĂ©coration qui enlĂšvent l’espace pour nos choses. Les verres Ă©taient sales. Les produits de toilette sont Ă  jeter. Jolie cour intĂ©rieure, emplacement trĂšs avantageux, Nous ne le recommandons pas. Dommage car Nice est magnifique.

Heel fijn appartement, voor herhaling vatbaar

De ontvangst was goed. De uitcheck was ook perfect geregeld. De netheid van het appartement was prima. Het appartement heeft alles wat we nodig hadden. Bed was erg goed. Niets te klagen. Misschien een kleine opknapbeurt wat de ramen en balkondeur betreft, maar zelfs dat heeft ons niet gestoord. We kregen 2 sets sleutels, ook heel fijn! Balkon is super fijn. Wel iets rumoerige straat maar we zijn daaraan gewend en we vinden het wel leuk om de drukte te bekijken. Zeker als er weer een ferry binnenkomt. Kortom, voor ons volgend jaar weer als dat kan.

It's a great apartment, but it has a few drawbacks. If you wish to cook, it has a hob, oven, microwave and a huge American style fridge & freezer. However, there is NO worktop to use for preparation etc, or even space for the electric kettle. There's several shelving units full of bric-a-brac, and I feel the space has not been used well. The shower cubicle is odd, in that there is a huge frosted window between it and the bedroom - not everyone will be comfortable with this. Also, the bed is in front of this window and a shelf behind the bed means there's no headboard, so no sitting up in bed with the morning coffee. We had a great time, but some parts of the apartment really don't make sense. Jon & Laure were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay, but it could have been a lot more comfortable.

Joli appartement fonctionnel et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec clim/chauffage, lave vaisselle, et tout le confort. Bien situĂ© sur le port de Nice avec tous les commerces et restaurants nĂ©cessaires au pied de l'immeuble. Acceuil charmant. Deux petits bĂ©mols selon moi: le bruit nocturne et le confort du clic clac qui gagnerait Ă  ĂȘtre remplacĂ© ce qui n'a pas permis des nuits trĂšs paisibles pour notre famille de 4.

Agréable séjour

L' apppartement est trés bien situé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et est trés lumineux. La terrasse ensoleillée le matin est un vrai atout! Great place to stay!

We have been at this place for a week and it was a pleasure to be there. Extremely professional service from Laure (concierge service). Very nicely equipped and clean accommodation. Close to the port of Nice and many other beautiful places. We will come back soon!
