Attractions such as Sea World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Harry Potter, etc., outlet shopping, restaurants and several world class golf courses are nearby. After spending the day at the parks come back and maximize your time in the enclosed Southern exposure heated pool and spa. Enjoy the sparkling pool and the bubbling spa. The Bar-B-Que patio showcases gas grill.
There are 2 master bedroom suites both with King Size Beds, 3rd bedroom double bed and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and 5th has bunk beds with a full and double.

The house is centrally located, near many Florida attractions, it is in a quiet established neighborhood, since it is the corner lot of the culd-de-sac it has a large yard with a privacy fence and the enclosed heated pool and spa are Southern exposure so you have the benefit of the sun all day instead of just a few hours.
