NICE BUNGALOW typical of the island, with terrace and small garden with hammocks, IN COMPLEX WITH POOLS AND GARDENS, just off Red Mountain.
HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN JANUARY 2015, SO THIS ALL NEW.
HAS TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS, DINING KITCHEN, BATHROOM WITH WHIRLPOOL TUB AND SHOWER. THERE IS ALSO A SOLANA WITH FRIDGE, WASHER, PLATE, TENDEDERO. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fryer, blender and everything you need. ALSO A hairdryer, DVD, TV WITH USB AND INTERNET CONNECTIVITY FROM THE TV puediendo ACCESS GOOGLE, YOUTUBE, ALL INTERNET OR FROM THE TV, FREE WIFI 3G good coverage.
ALSO THERE BOOKS AND GAMES FOR CHILDREN, chess, cards, ludo, ETC.
The house is 300 meters from Dino Park, and 1 km from Water Park AQUALAVA. 2 KM FROM THE CENTER AND WHITE BEACH, SO ARE ADVISED TO RENT VEHICLE FOR YOUR STAY, BUT EVEN A 300 meters there is a bus stop to get around the area. FROM THE GARDENS AND POOL COMPLEX YOU CAN SEE THE SEA AND THE GIRL ISLAND FUERTEVENTURA.

The property was perfect for our needs, very clean comfortable and well equipped. Not too far to walk to either end of town even though we’re in our late 70s. The lady who looks after the property is lovely, extremely helpful and was easily contactable if needed.

Lanza stay

Had a great time. Accommodation was perfect apart from location, a bit far out from the town, but we knew that before we arrived. Villa was nice, clean and comfortable and well equiped. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Der Service war sehr gut, dank Conchita. Sie hat sich um wöchentlichen Wäschewechsel und Reinigung gekümmert. Und sie hat sich auch um die Probleme mit Fernseprogrammme, Wlan und vor allem dem verstopften WC/Kanalisation gekümmert. Danke dafür! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern. Terrasse und Garten sind kleiner. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre über die Mittagsstunden ganz gut und bequemere Stühle für die Terrasse wären schön gewesen. Zum Teil sehen Häuser, Vorgärten und Plätze in der Wohnanlage sehr verwahrlost aus. Man wohnt sehr abseits, sollte gut zu Fuß sein am besten aber ein Auto haben.

Wij hebben 2 fijne weken gehad in deze bungalow die smaakvol is ingericht en ruim voorzien van alles om een relaxte vakantie te hebben. De dame die zorg draagt voor de bungalow is heel behulpzaam en attent.

The property has been well maintained and has all the facilities required for a self catering experience. All the home comforts and a well equipped kitchen. House cleaners every Saturday morning to keep everything clean , tidy ,to an excellent standard.. would I stay again? Yes I would, which says it all. Thanks for a great holiday.

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Anlage wird von Einheimische und Urlauber bewohnt, es ist ruhig und ohne Autolärm. Im Bungalow ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Einzig bemängeln könnte man, dass in der Küche und auf der Terrasse das Licht mangelhaft ist. Es hat auch genügend Hand- und Badetücher und die Bettwäsche wird wöchentlich gewechselt und auch die Wohnung gereinigt. Die Terrasse ist sehr sonnig und windgeschützt, der Garten ist gepflegt und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Montaña Roja. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, da die Anlage ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum und den Stränden ist. Für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt hat es an nichts gefehlt und für die gute Laune ist man selber zuständig!

This is our second stay

My family and I have stopped in this villa twice now and yet again we had a trouble free week. The location is perfect, its a 30 minute drive from the Airport & a 5 - 20 minute walk into Play Blanca for an evening out. The Villa is on a residential complex so most of the other resident are locals so it's fairly quiet. Internet connection and wifi is very good, we take our Amazon box with us. The pool area while we did not us it this year was vastly improved since last we visited, its obviously had a make over and is well maintained. There were no sunbeds and no shade, so expect to have to provide your own. We will, provided the villa stays on the rental market, return time and time again. Looking forward to visiting again possible later in the year or next spring.

Lovely villa

The villa was exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Security gates all around the complex. I work in a leisure club and am very picky about pools. The one on site was absolutely spotless and pleasantly surprised to find it lifeguarded. The properties in the immediate vicinity of the villa are all very well kept, but there are parts of the complex that are run down and some properties unkept. It is mostly residential and not a holiday village. Maybe slightly overpriced for the condition of the complex. We've stayed in private villas in playa blanca for not much more. All in all a good holiday and was happy with the villa itself. The owner was very responsive.

Spotlessly clean modern apartment

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this apartment. It is very modern & extremely clean ( the lady who looks after the property lives opposite and is extremely helpful). We didn’t use the communal pool, the pool itself is okay but it’s surroundings are very very run down - broken grass umbrellas, broken tiles, graffiti everywhere a unusable park & tennis court. There were men doing some repair work around the complex so hopefully this will eventually be sorted. The property itself as I said is lovely with a nice little garden. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the beach, bars & restaurants which was perfect for us as we love to walk! I would recommend this property for the property but not the communal facilities.

Schöne Unterkunft in Playa Blanca. Preis-Leistung absolut fair!

Wir hatten als kleine Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell und vor Ort würde man toll betreut. Check in und out Prozesse sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Die Ausstattung der Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Für uns wichtig: Sehr gutes WLAN und alle deutschen Fernsehsender verfügbar. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Auto empfehlenswert aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, da Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt umd werden das Angebot sicher wieder einmal nutzen.
