Maison non reposante et fatiguante d une part pour la route trÚs bruyante et qu elle soit à l étage. Matelas trop dur et fauteuil non confortable. Utilisation de la terrasse pas possible puisque vu sur la terrasse du rez de chaussée ( maison en deux parties).

Bonjour un lave linge et préférable à un lave vaisselle et difficile de faire un barbecue .

Appartements sympa manque lave linge si on reste 2 semaines et pour le barbecue il faut le sceller correctement car quand il chauffe Ă  mon avis c’est dangereux car j’ai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ne pas en faire pour ma sĂ©curitĂ© et pour les allĂ©es et retour qu’il faut faire pour descendre les couverts les boissons et autres bref bien pour des jeunes et je ne parle pas des poubelles il faut les mettre 300m plus loins car on est pas prioritaire c’est les gens du bas qui on la poubelle car 1 maison 2 location c’est rentable donc les impĂŽts merci sur ce ce qui veulent louer pas chĂšre c’est pour vous mais rĂ©flĂ©chissais bien avant car les contraintes sont multiples et cachĂ©es

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une jolie maison. Proche de la mer et des commerces. Un petit point faible les escaliers, il faudrait rajouter des protections en caoutchouc sur les marches. Bien cordialement

Petit mais fonctionnel

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans ce logement qui se trouve Ă  l'Ă©tage sans souci majeur. Aucun souci avec le locataire du dessous. La plage n'est pas vraiment proche Ă  pied avec des petits enfants donc nous y allions en voiture et on pouvait se garer Ă  2 pas. Il n'y a pas de commerce proche Ă  pied comme une boulangerie, il faut aller en voiture jusque Tharon plage. Il y a quand mĂȘme un IntermarchĂ© et un Leclerc pas trop loin. La plage est trĂšs agrĂ©able et peu envahie mais c'est sans doute Ă  cause du COVID. L'emplacement de parking est pratique mis Ă  part la vĂ©gĂ©tation envahissante. Le jardin clĂŽturĂ© est minimaliste. On m'a dit que le jardinier passerait pendant le sĂ©jour mais je n'ai pas vu la diffĂ©rence, il manque d'entretien. Il y a pas mal d'activitĂ©s Ă  faire dans la rĂ©gion. La tĂ©lĂ©vision par TNT fonctionne mal et il n'y a pas de wifi. Par contre le signal 4g est suffisant. Salle de bains et cuisine fonctionnent sans problĂšme. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est correct pour moi.

Concernant le logement les radiateurs sur roulettes à bain d huile n est pas l idéal notamment pour la facture de chauffage à la fin du séjour et si vous avez un gros chien il faudra porter votre animal car l escalier est en métal et trop raid la galÚre,! Sinon le logement reste cosi

trÚs bon séjour dans cet appartement . trÚs bien agencé et pratique d'entretien , surtout la douche deux bémols : pas de machine a laver le linge et il manque des tapis de mousse sur les escaliers proche de tout commerce et de l 'océan , nous avons passé 15 jours formidables merci a vous et a Marie qui nous accueille parfaitement bien

L'appartement est parfait, bien Ă©quipĂ©, propre. Bonne situation, proche de la mer. Seul petit bĂ©mol, le balcon oĂč nous avons voulu prendre notre petit dĂ©j donne sur la route et c'est un peu bruyant. Mais il est toujours possible de descendre dans le jardin Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison ;-)
