This villa is full of character, colorful accents, and cozy charm. It features 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, easily hosting up to 17 of your friends and family with plenty of room to spare. Feeding a hungry group is not always an easy feat, but you’ll enjoy being able to easily whip up meals in the spacious kitchen stocked with ample appliances and utensils. Dine up to 16 between the over-sized kitchen island and dining table, plus an additional 6 people on the covered patio adjacent to the dining area.

Game night awaits after a day of splashing at the resort pool or hiking in nearby Snow Canyon State Park. Plenty of entertainment can be found upstairs between the 2 arcade systems, board games, a gaming console, and a TV. St George get away

Beautiful facility. Home is decorated very tastefully.Kids have numerous activities to occupy their time at the resort. We’re already planning our future stay. Reminder that Sunday the clubhouse is shut down, pool is open and no pool towels are available. The only negative is a joining units have hot tubs and they are not aware that others are trying to sleep while they’re having a great time.

Arcadia Get Away

The house was big and location was great. We had a great view of the mountains and we were very close to Snow Canyon. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all to spread out. We really enjoyed the pool, clubhouse and pickleball courts. We would have liked to have more cooking pots, pans and mixing bowls in the house. We did a lot of cooking and we struggled with having enough kitchen necessities. We also bought wine glasses, as their were none in the house. Also, the backyards of the homes were very close to each other, so when we were outside, we were close to other guests sitting on their patio or by their fire pit. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay in the Arcadia house.

The house was clean except for the kids room. We had to have new sheets and we vacuumed the bunk bed frames because of a hair problem( it looked like pet hair but pets are not allowed)

Dream stay

Absolutely amazing. Perfect place to stay for two families. We had more room than we needed and everything was top notch. Our older kids loved the pools and slides. Our younger kids enjoyed crafts and treats at the clubhouse. All around one of the nicest places we’ve vacationed. Will definitely go again.

Gorgeous condo with a room for everyone

This condo was perfectly designed and had enough rooms for all the adult couples in our family to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed room which also had its own bathroom. The arcade games in the upstairs bonus area were a hit with the kids and the pool/water park, which was across the street from the condo, was so fun! We will for sure visit again.

Our family loved this place!

My husband and I booked this with our grown sons and their families, and we all had such an amazing time!! The grandkids had so much fun on the waterslide, lazy river, pool and water park, and the adults enjoyed floating in the pool and relaxing. Such great amenities and the condo was absolutely beautiful with enough rooms and beds to accommodate 8 adults, 4 kids, and 2 babies, with room to spare. Each couple had their own bathrooms as well, so we were all very happy here. We all left wishing we had booked it for a longer stay. We will definatly book again.

I have enjoyed this property for the last 4 years now with my family. This property is beautiful and a favorite getaway for our family. This year however was a little disappointing. The pool area had a lot of folks drinking alcohol and eating fast food. There were Wendy’s food wrappers floating in the pool. There have always been staff present on the grounds in the past. This year there was no one to be found. I guess that is why it was a free for all. I would have thought there would have been a little more staff due to the covid-19. I just hope that the resort doesn’t continue in this direction it has always been a high class resort.

The house was beautiful and stocked so well with lots of unexpected extras. We cook quite a bit and were impressed with the kitchen-- they even had an instant pot. They had beautiful books for the kids and adults. The extra touches made for an unbelievably terrific get-away even during the chaos that the Covid 19 virus has caused.
