Sandy’s Place at The Isle

Welcome to Sandy Splash Oasis! Be one our first 5 guests to leave us a perfect review after a perfect stay, and we’ll refund 10% of your nightly rate (excluding taxes and fees)! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this brand new 5-bedroom townhome in Washington overlooking the Coral Canyon Golf Course at holes 5 and 6. There are 18 total beds! 3 bedrooms have King beds, and 2 bunk rooms have five Twin beds, five Double beds, and five hideaway Twin beds. En-suite bathrooms with each bedroom. The backyard patio features outdoor/indoor dining and a gas fireplace with amazing views over the golf course and western sky. On the upper balcony, there’s a private hot tub and outdoor furniture. Enjoy it all with no backyard neighbors!

The community amenities will be completed around May, including sand volleyball, gym clubhouse, pool, slide, and lazy river. The pickleball courts are ready now!

To keep the hot tub in pristine condition, we hire professional service to be done twice per week. If the maintenance day falls during your stay, please be accommodating to the servicer so the work can be done properly to keep the hot tub ready for you and other guests to follow. Let us know if you have any questions before booking. Otherwise, the in-house Welcome Guide will provide more information upon your arrival. We appreciate the cooperation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use the hot tub alone. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
HOA quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. Inversely, the resort amenities will be available from 6am to 10pm.
