Luxury Townhome near Zion NP! Sleeps 21! Hot Tub! Resort Pool! Tesla Charging!

Welcome to Sandy Splash Oasis! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this brand new 5-bedroom townhome in Washington overlooking the Coral Canyon Golf Course at holes 5 and 6. There are 18 total beds! 3 bedrooms have King beds, and 2 bunk rooms have five Twin beds, five Double beds, and five hideaway Twin beds (21 guests max). En-suite bathrooms with each bedroom. The backyard patio features outdoor/indoor dining and a gas fireplace with amazing views over the golf course and western sky. On the upper balcony, there’s a private hot tub and outdoor furniture. Enjoy it all with no backyard neighbors!

The community amenities will be completed May 22nd, including the gym clubhouse, pool, slide, and lazy river. The pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, and 9-Square are ready now!

The Tesla Wall Connector (32A max) in the garage is for Tesla vehicles only. You may charge one vehicle per stay (up to 7 days) free of charge. Additional days and/or vehicles are $10 each per day. Overnight charging preferred. Provide VIN to host before check-in.

To keep the hot tub in pristine condition, we hire professional service to be done twice per week. If the maintenance day falls during your stay, please be accommodating to the servicer so the work can be done properly to keep the hot tub ready for you and other guests to follow. Let us know if you have any questions before booking. Otherwise, the in-house Welcome Guide will provide more information upon your arrival. We appreciate the cooperation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use the hot tub alone. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
HOA quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. Inversely, the resort amenities will be available from 6am to 10pm.

Our family has been in Utah for 4 generations now. It is definitely home for us. We love exploring the many surreal landscapes that Utah has to offer, and finding ourselves in remote areas in awe of the vastness of the earth and our place in the universe. St. George is one of those places. You won't be disappointed when you visit.

Why they chose this property

As an avid hiker, road biker, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast, the St. George area has it all. We love the area and always enjoy spending time here. We know you will too. And our place is at the heart of it all, close to Zion National Park, reservoirs, trails, sand dunes, mountains, and great eating. We can't wait for you to stay at our home and enjoy it all.

What makes this property unique

The Isle at Coral Canyon is a small community with lots of amenities, so it will never feel crowded like some of those mega resorts farther south. This home is just a couple of minutes from I-15, national parks, trails, golfing, and so much more. It's very central to everything the St George area has to offer.
