S. Maria al Bagno is a lovely seaside town in the City Nardo and this house is very suitable for a holiday absolutely relaxing seaside. A 10 min. drive from S. Maria al Bagno is Gallipoli, the reference point of the 'Luxury holidays', and even closer is the stunning 'Santa Caterina' and missed the Natural Park of 'Porto Selvaggio'. The apartment is right in the center of the square of Santa maria to the bathroom, facing the sea and the beach is only 10 meters. The house has a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the natural park of Porto Selvaggio. E 'consists of 2 bedrooms (a double and a triple), a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and terrace.
The property has been completely renovated in 2014, the restructuring has affected all plants, the bathroom, the interior and exterior and conditioning.
