About this property

Great location in the heart of Johnson City.

Condo next to East Tennessee State University and very close to the Veteran’s Administration and Johnson City Medical Center. Just a few minutes from downtown or north Johnson City. 6 miles to downtown Jonesborough and the storytelling festival. 20 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway.

HVAC replaced a year or so ago. It’s a no frills townhouse (no pool or tennis courts, garage, etc.). The condo association is in the process of doing some exterior work and landscaping, so things are a bit bare on the outside. However, the inside is very clean and comfortable.

This is a very safe and mostly quiet neighborhood. It is near campus, so occasionally students get noisy, but my neighbors are very polite and courteous. I’ve always felt very safe there.

I have two parking spaces. If additional spaces are needed, I can usually make arrangements with one of my neighbors.

Nice Stay

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The owner seems to care about his guests. The property was clean and well furnished with supplies, including a nice gift basket with snacks and water. My only complaint was the noisy beds. They slept fine but any movement caused squeaks. Also, both bedrooms are upstairs and we had to supervise my elderly mother on the rather steep stairs. These are minor issues and we really liked the property. It is very convenient to ETSU and that was great.

Homey charm! Clean and spacious!

Perfect spot to unwind. Close to ETSU. Great location to Buffalo Mountain and the local breweries. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back deck for breakfast, office check in and drinks. . Johnny was personable and welcoming!

Very Clean

The property was as described and possibly the cleanest vrbo we’ve rented. We enjoyed the back deck and games provided. The apartment is close to groceries and restaurants. We appreciated the welcome basket as well as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and the like, which not all rentals include. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were protected by a plastic cover (which I completely understand why) which made the beds very hot. Other than that, our stay safe as perfect. Thank you!

Great townhouse!

The townhouse was very clean, with lovely interior decorating. Everything we could want was supplied in the unit, and a welcome basket full of goodies awaited us on arrival. There is a creek behind the unit with geese, which we enjoyed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our long weekend stay here. We came down for the NASCAR race at Bristol and the place was a short half hour drive. The owners had great communication and I would recommend people to stay here.

Family Reunion

We needed a place that would allow us and some family in East TN to have some time together. The unit is centrally located for easy access to dining and other amenities plus it was the right size for family to sit around and play games or just visit.

Good for the quick trip
