Morning View is a gorgeous new luxury 9 bedroom, 11.5 bath custom beachfront home with elevator and private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. It has living rooms on each of the 3 levels and includes a handicap friendly bedroom and bath (shower has 1.5" curb).
Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).
The main floor has an enormous great room with an expansive living area, a 16' dining table that seats 16-20 guests, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a large island that seats 8. This level also includes 2 King bedrooms, each with a private bath, a half bath near the pool, and a laundry. The elevator reaches all floors.
The main floor porches offer outdoor dining, seating, your private heated pool, and a dune walkover to the sugar-white Gulf Shores beach. Underneath you find a big grill, a long picnic table and more shaded seating and outdoor living space.
The middle floor has 4 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 that each have a Pair of Queens). All open to beachside porches. The West King on this floor has a handicap friendly bath (right by the elevator). The family room on this level has multiple seating areas, a big TV, and amazing floor to ceiling views that span from the Gulf to the south to Little Lagoon on the north. Each bedroom has a private bath. You'll also find a half bath in the hall, plus a laundry room.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms (2 that each have a King plus a built-in XL Twin Daybed, 1 with a Pair of Queens). Each has a private bath. You'll also find a spacious light-filled family room, a laundry, another full bath, and a cool nook with 2 built-in XL Twin Daybeds plus 2 XL Twin Trundles.
Located in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you'll have 100' of beautiful private beach but be just minutes from Gulf Shores restaurants, shops and attractions.
Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25. We do rent to schools and churches. Hangout Festival: Note adult occupancy max of 24, everyone must be over 25 or traveling with their parent, $2000 refundable deposit is required.
