Nice F3 bis (104 m2) entirely new. You just have to put your suitcases on the peaceful heights of Sainte-Marie in the North Atlantic and let yourself be seduced by the quiet places that enjoy an environment that invites the pleasure of relaxing. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the village where you can enjoy a unique phenomenon in Martinique: the tombolo that connects the village of the town to the island Sainte-Marie. The welcome drink of the first day is provided by us. See you soon !
David & Fabienne's home is located in Reculée in the commune of Sainte-Marie, land of traditions and heritage. It is besides in this district that is the House of the bèlè and that resides several Masters of the bèlè, the famous guardians of the dance of the dreary ones. Another attraction of the district is the roundabout with Danmyé dancers (the local martial art), which reminds us that tradition lives through the population. This district is the starting point of hikes that will allow you to discover Creole gardens and rivers. The accommodation is totally independent. You can park your car next to your resort in a private car park. In the village located just minutes away, you will find all shops and services nearby (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants) and the Clarissa Jean-Philippe area that radiates throughout the North Atlantic Basin . You will also be staying a few minutes away from the Caribbean straw basketry or still perpetuates the art of weaving the fibers that are the cachibou and the aroman.

En ce qui concerne le parking, cela fait plus de quatre ans que je fais de la location et c’est la première fois que Client ne sait pas se garer donc je pense plus que c’est vous qui avez un problème avec la Conduite, il faut le reconnaître mais sinon tout le reste, ça s’est très bien passé

Hôtes adorables aux petits soins pour les locataires.

Accès un peu difficile en voiture. On aurait aimé avoir huile, vinaigre, Tablettes lavage, sel poivre pour débuter le sséjour. La gentillesse des hôtes, les petits "cadeaux" de leur jardin (fruits à pain, avocats, oranges) ont été très appréciés. Des propriétaires discrets et à l'écoute des locataires nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour ainsi que nos petits enfants qui ne voulaient plus partir !

Excellent hébergement sur les hauteurs de Sainte Marie

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine , à quatre adultes, dans le logement de David et Fabienne, logement impeccable dans lequel rien ne manque. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la gentillesse et la convivialité sont au rendez-vous. Excellent séjour.

Belle location dans un lieu reposant

Très bonne semaine passée dans cette location fonctionnelle qui présente des pièces neuves et spacieuses avec mobilier et décoration modernes. Rien ne manque (hormis peut-être une petite glacière et un ou deux récipients type tupperware pour les sorties pic-nique ou en bateau à la journée). L'ensemble est bien propre et la literie confortable. L'endroit est plutôt calme avec beau point de vue côté terrasse. Les propriétaires sont au-dessous avec entrée indépendante. Ils sont discrets tout en restant disponibles si besoin. La maison est bien située pour visiter l'ensemble de la magnifique partie nord de l'île mais les plages du sud ne sont pas loin non plus. Il y a une place de parking mais prendre le coup de main pour garer la voiture et la sortir (car c'est pentu). Il faudrait un petit plan pour accéder plus facilement à la location car la rue et le lieu dit ne figurent pas dans Waze. En bref location à recommander.

Die Fewo hat unsere Erwartungen sehr übertroffen. Davide, unser Vermieter, war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Freundlicher geht nicht mehr. Sehr gepflegte, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr individuell, alles intakt und hat funktioniert. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, toller riesiger Balkon voll ausgestattet, damit man sich stets gerne draußen aufhält. Sehr empfehlenswert, sogar das Leitungswasser konten wir trinken.
