Beach Front - Sleeps 8 (3 bedroom) Prime Private Location Charlestown Beach
Toes in the sand! Wake to the sound of crashing waves, watch sunrise and moonrise from the master 2nd floor bedroom and sunset from the large family room that sleeps 4 comfortably. Located directly on the quietest part of Charlestown's private beach front, 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8, outdoor shower and amazing beachfront.
The location this house is needs to be experienced! The private part of Charlestown beach is between the 2 public beaches, and our house is right in the middle. You will have our beach front to yourself and have the option to walk for 30 minutes to your right and an hour to your left on beautiful sand.
The house is perfect for family or adult vacations. Living room with roku TV (various options and/or use your own streaming accounts) and DVD player (collection of DVDs to choose from). Wifi for fast streaming, bench seat filled with kids games, books and puzzles. 3 separate decks for multiple areas for guests to relax!
Large main wrap around deck, 2 steamer loungers, out door seating area and picnic bench dining. Barbecue on rear of deck (street side) for sunset cook outs.
Outdoor shower for coming off the beach. External store stocked with beach chairs, and external box filled with buckets and spades and beach games.
Parking for 3 cars.
Master sunrise/moonrise bedroom with deck directly looking onto beach (queen), family room looking to salt pond and sunsets (queen, 2 twins beds), first floor twin bedroom on same level of bathroom for anyone who is less comfortable with stairs.
Please provide your own bedlinen and towels (linen service can be arranged).
Check in 4pm, check out by 11am unless otherwise arranged but we will always be flexible if we can.
Minimum stay 7 nights, during high season, cleaning fee $150. Security deposit check $500.
This will be a rental that you will want to book up year on year!
No smoking, pets or parties/events.
Please be aware this property has steps to get the house and stairs inside the house to get to the master and family bedrooms.

We discovered Charlestown by accident and fell in love with this beach one the day when the family got up too late and after a long drive were to late to get a parking space at another beach. The best thing to ever happen to us. As we drove along the beach road, we fell in love. We love the waves, the open beach and the down to earth town
Why they chose this property
Directly one the beach, situated with open plots on either side, our home has space and open outlooks. Located equidistant from the state and the town beach, this private part of the beach is very quiet giving the you option to turn right and walk the waters edge to the breakaway, turn left and walk to the public beach or keep on walking for up to an hour South Kingston. Heaven.
