Amazing Ocean Front 2 Story Home, Steps Away From The Water

The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and a miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breathtaking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. In the summer time you are in all the action with a fun and busy beach. In the off season it is private, peaceful, and has stunning, sunrises and sunsets.

The Beach House comfortably accommodates six people and has a sofabed that could accommodate 2 others. The house has a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 1000 sq ft second level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining as it extends onto a 20 ft upper deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This living space includes state of the art appliances. A stove, dishwasher, Stainless steel double door over sized fridge, extra large wine cooler, and well stocked kitchen make you feel as if you were in your own home. There is even a massage chair.

The ocean level sports 3 bedrooms, and outdoor shower area. There are 2 master suites with remodeled baths. The 3 bedrooms each have private baths.. The middle master has a deep jacuzzi tub, television, separate stand up shower and bidet. To get to the front master bedroom you can walk through the middle master bedroom or access it through the 2 doors on the beach.

3 decks offer comfortable seating and tables on each. (Unless climate and weather do not permit) An interior spiral staircase allows access to the ocean and the upper level. Televisions on each level allow for easy entertaining, or time to yourself if you require it. Wrap around ocean front and ocean view windows on both levels will give you incredible, well deserved views from sunrise to sunset, and will create memories to last a lifetime.

Please note there are many entrances in and out of the property. There are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the upper level. One set of stairs is a spiral staircase which is located inside and is not suitable for all people. The outside staircase is suitable for anyone who can go up and down stairs.

Please look at the calendar for available dates before trying to book. My Calendar is up to date. I do not book more than 1 year in advance. We are following the CDC and WHO organization guidelines for cleanliness. Bed Linens and towels are provided.

Perfect Beach House

This is our 2nd time renting the home and we have booked for a third. Cindy is a fantastic host and her beach house is a perfect getaway. Family enjoyed every minute.

BEACH WEEKEND

What an awesome water front house. The bedrooms are on the first floor, 4 - 5 feet above the sand, and you can watch the waves break from the huge bed in the front bedroom. If you want to know what it's like to live on the beach, this is the place to check out!

A nice peaceful stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was out of season so the neighboring hotels were closed/empty. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach just outside the door. We especially enjoyed the large open living area and the proximity to the beach (literally right on it).

Beautiful!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay whether we we walking along the beach, or hanging out at the house listening to the waves crashing into the shore. It's a beautiful spot and we hope to visit again!

Xmas on the beach

The property was perfect for our vacation with amazing views. I was born & raised in Westerly but moved away. My family still lives in the area & my husband’s lives about 1-1/2hrs away. We flew in to spend Xmas w/our family & hosted Xmas day at the house. It was just what we needed. Big open floor plan, beautiful view of the beach & family. Also Cynthia was amazing!! She put up a tree for us, answered any questions we had, took care of emptying the trash/recycling when full & even let us extend our stay a day!! We couldn’t have had a better host. Definitely an amazing place to stay.

Very nice house with lots of space and excellent location right on the beach. Best part of our stay was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We appreciated the quiet during off season. Beautiful sunset.

Amazing view and relaxed time

If you want to just relax, enjoy the beach, watch the sunset and enjoy time with your family, this is the place to be. Cindy is an amazing host and was very helpful throughout our stay. She provided good insights about the home, surrounding, and areas to hang out. Overall, me and my family had an amazing time and appreciated host being very kind and accomoding our non-standard requests.

Fantastic rental

This place is perfect. Cindy was very very responsive and helpful and accommodating for us. The location cannot be beat and the decks and private beach area are a godsend when the public beach is busy. We will def be staying again.

The home is just spectacular. Fantastic view. Unbelievably clean. Just a wonderful place for a couple of days mini vacation. Totally enjoyed every minute, even the day spent inside due to rain. Cindy was a terrific hostess.

Amazing spot

My family truly enjoyed staying at Cindy’s house. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and one infant. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The location can’t be beat with being right on the ocean, and two bars on either side of the house. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this amazing beachfront home. It was off season when we stayed which we loved. We walked the beach with our pups and only saw a couple other people. It was so relaxing to just take time to listen to the crashing waves!

A Piece of Paradise

This house is on the beach so you hear waves crashing continuously, as long as you leave the windows open. My entire family enjoyed every minute in the beach house. We were very content staying at the house the whole week and didn’t even go to a restaurant which is unlike us. What a beautiful week. Thank you to the owner, Cindy! She was great as well. Everything was PERFECT!

A fun winter retreat

We spent a long weekend in February staying at this property. The home was very nice and well-kept, and the owner, Cindy was very attentive, and may check in and check out easy. The home itself is beautiful and the view is fabulous. Because it was the winter, it was very quiet. The kitchen was fabulous and bedrooms very spacious with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

The Calm Before the Chaos

Staying in early April was so peaceful. So very quiet and so beautiful. We got lucky with bright, sunny days which made for spectacular views. If I had to say one not so great thing, it would be the spiral staircase which wasn’t great for the grandmas, but they managed. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing home-fantastic view

home has the most amazing view, absolutely gorgeous indoors, very well redone and the host was so friendly and helpful. a bit difficult to figure out the location from the street, between hotel and restaurant so you "couldn't pick your neighbors" (not the fault of the homeowner obviously!), but the private beach area helped and was gorgeous. Will likely book here again in the summer to check it out during the on-season but will def be back!

Breathtaking views, beautiful home

Perfect weekend getaway with incredible views of sunrise and sunset. Both floors look directly out to the ocean. Even in January it was an amazing place to getaway and relax. My family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out and no one had a single thing to complain about. Host was attentive and the covid guidelines in place made coming/going feel very safe. Would highly recommend.
