We could not have had a more accommodating host, including calling my sister the week before to discuss sleeping options for her children. We had a phenomenal time and absolutely hope to be back. The view and beach access is unmatched. We had the best time!

Amazing location for lounging on the beach or driving to explore Newport. Excellent communication with the host. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked. The house was very clean and organized, and there were several books and games to occupy your time when you're not enjoying lounging under the cabana.

Very nice spot right on the beach. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. The bedrooms all have bathrooms which is very nice. CoolMassage chair and Pac-Man game which my kids loved.

This property is the definition of beach front. Literally steps from the ocean on the beach. You can lay in bed and look out the window and watch the waves break. We have never experienced anything like it!

What a hidden gem! The house has incredible oceanfront views and Cindy was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend staying here next time you plan to visit Rhode Island.

The house is lovely - super comfortable, beautifully furnished, and deliciously spacious. The view of the ocean is spectacular. We were there in January when the property and the surrounding area were utterly quiet and peaceful. Cindy was communicative and helpful throughout.

This was our families's third time renting this beautiful beach home. The view is spectacular. The home is spotless. Cindy is just an amazing host. We were seven people: 4 adults and three children, plus a dog. There are more than enough bedrooms for everyone. We hope to be back for another mini vacation next year. Thank you, Cindy and a special thanks to your husband for leaving a beautiful bouquet of tulips for me in the kitchen when we arrived.
