Property includes use of large garage building with Rec room and additional guest bedroom sleeping capacity. Located about 800 yards from beautiful Watch Hill beaches and 300 yards to Watch Hill Boat Yard this well-equipped home features all new appliances, hardwood and tile floors and all new bath fixtures with washer dryer and outside shower. Guest will be provided a parking pass to the public parking area adjacent to beaches, bay, and downtown shopping area.

Family gathering for a wedding

Seven of us met up in Watch Hill. We’d travelled from London, Geneva and Sydney so lots of time differences to adapt from. Just having the space to chill out made a difference. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. Great location. It reminded us of our childhood beach holidays in New Zealand … pre loved furniture and a mixture of kitchenware but everything you needed. And an easy walk to Ocean House - the wedding venue. Thanks Chris

Great location and a fully-stocked home!

Amazing amazing location in watch hill - can walk to town/ocean house and beach or use the parking pass. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask from - many linens/towels, beach chairs, full kitchen appliances, AC, etc. Great back patio to hang out on!

Great stay

Nice bedrooms, lots of light, inviting chairs in the sitting areas.The grandkids loved riding on the carousel. We used the Manatuck Ave drop off to get to the beach.

Perfect for our family!

Chris’ house was perfect for our family of six adults and two young children. The garage apartment gave two of our young adults peace and quiet away from the early risers. Location is a nice stroll to beaches and shops. Misquamicut and Mystic are both a short drive away and we even spent a day at the zoo in Providence. We had a great time - thank you Chris!

I own and manage a number of rental properties in the area, have been large scale industrial solar salesman, a Lead Inspector, Energy Auditor, Volunteer Firefighter at WHFD, and best of all, I am Mr. Mom for my kids! My wife is an Insurance Executive and from Iowa!
