This apartment is on the first level of a 2-family home. The upstairs is occupied by the host full-time. Awesome neighborhood and a great place to be in the summer! Clean Rental and Excellent Host

We are returning renters and really enjoy this apartment. It's not too long of a walk to the beach for children and the neighborhood streets are quiet with limited traffic. The apartment is fully furnished and includes towels and linens which means one less thing to pack. The beds are very comfortable and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen area is not big but has everything you need if you want to cook and save money. The dining area on the sun porch is very nice but we liked sitting outside at the large picnic table on the deck. There is an open front yard with thick grass if you have children and they need space to run around and play games. We all enjoy the outdoor shower with ample hot water. The best feature about this apartment is the host, Thomas, who lives on the second floor. He is very friendly and flexible if you want to arrive early and leave your car in the driveway to head to the beach before your check in time. Thomas is quick to respond to messages and has thought of everything to make your beach stay fun and trouble free.
