The bungalow, traditionally built, bright and ventilated, is located in the municipality of Marin 4 kms from the beautiful unspoilt beach of Cape Macré (see photos in the announcement) but also 10 minutes from the Harbor Master's Office and its activities (restaurants, bars, shops), 15 minutes from Sainte Anne and its beaches.
You can enjoy a sea view from your terrace and private pool.

The living room equipped with a BZ can accommodate an extra child.

Bon séjour, Nathalie est une très bonne hôte, à notre demande elle s'est même occupée de nous acheter un diner de cuisine locale à notre arrivée.Seule remarque l'accès au logement est un peu compliqué.

Agréable séjour en Martinique

Le Bungalow est parfait. Nathalie et Jean-Luc sont accueillants. Les petites attentions à l'arrivée (repas du soir et 1er petit dej) juste parfaites. De plus, durant le séjour, ils nous ont donné des idées pour faire des randonnées en famille, des lieux a visités,.. des propriétaires discrets, serviables et très amicales. On recommande vivement.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine au bungalow à notre arrivée en Martinique. Une parfaite entrée en matière. Les installations sont impeccables et les hôtes disponibles et on ne peut plus sympathiques.

Wir haben in diesem Appartement einen wahren Traumurlaub genossen. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist fast neu und alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. In den Schlafzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage, gute Matratzen und sogar Moskitonetze, so dass wir immer gut schlafen konnten. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit dem Pool. Da hier immer ein leichter Wind wehte, ist das wohl der beste Platz mit Blick auf das Meer. Ein großer Dank gilt auch unseren Gastgebern, die uns alle Wünsche erfüllt haben und uns herzlich empfangen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Martinique und dann natürlich in dieses Appartement.

Séjour agréable mais ...

Bungalow tout confort, conforme aux photos, accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine privée et de sa terrasse très agréable avec vue sur les montagnes et la mer. Alentours calmes et silencieux propices au repos que nous attendions. Malheureusement, notre séjour fut quelque peu gâché par la présence de cafards (malgré la propreté des lieux!) dès notre arrivée ... Les propriétaires se sont toutefois montrés réactifs et ont tout tenté pour éliminer le problème. Cependant, jusqu'à la fin, nous avons dû cohabiter avec ces rampants, d'où notre petite déception.

Oui bien mais.....

Le bungalow est conforme aux photos, très belle terrasse en bois, joli deco à l’intérieur, des propriétaires sympathiques, une piscine suffisante pour se rafraîchir mais malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter comme nous l’aurions souhaité. En effet, une maison était en construction tout près de la terrasse et les travaux démarraient à 8h le matin pour se terminer vers 18h voire même 20h un soir.... à la lampe de poche ! Bruit infernal ! De l’autre côté, nous n’étions pas mieux lotis avec des chiens qui aboyaient dès qu’ils entendaient un bruit.... nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer comme nous le souhaitions. Vraiment dommage, notre séjour de 10 jours a été gâché !

Très agréable bungalow vue mer...

Le bungalow avec agréable vue sur le Cap Ferré, dispose d'une grande terrasse aménagée, bénéficiant des alizés. L'équipement est neuf et complet. Le Marin et ses commerces sont à une dizaine de minutes de voiture, et les plages côté Caraïbes (des Salines et de l'Anse Meunier...), épargnées par les sargasses, à 20 minutes! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables.
