North Fork Dream
A little slice of heaven on Mattituck Creek! Our family of 13 (including an infant) enjoyed a wonderful 10 days at this lovely home.
Swimming at the dock, kayaking, relaxing on 2 spacious decks, s’mores with the kids at the waterside firepit & loving the long picnic table with benches on the upper deck for dinners ( we all fit)!
Inside the house is spacious with soaring ceilings & a well equipped open kitchen. A very large Weber grill just outside is ideal for large family feasts on the deck.
Our teens loved the pool table on the entry level & adults got into the dart board. Lots of old nostalgic board games & an eclectic collection of books.
We all loved the music vibe reflected in framed posters of album covers & music icons. Very cool!
Bedrooms & bathrooms were clean & inviting with great mattresses & linens.
The property is beautifully landscaped & has as an extra treat a lovely little vegetable garden.
We did not venture far from the very private setting directly on the water except to stock up occasionally but 3 of us had a relaxing dinner outside one night at Legends.
