After you overlook the stained furniture, missing recliner from listing, broken couch arms, leaking dishwasher, oil spilled in the cabinet, etc. this place had the best location possible!

Great location
You can’t beat this location. This was our first time in Seattle and this was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The concierge service was wonderful and super helpful. Would have rated 5-stars, but the WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there.

Loved the location, close and convenient to many attractions. Unit had all the amenities we needed except for working wifi. Beds were comfortable. Great views of Puget Sound. Would stay in Newmark Towers again if in Seattle.
Great location in downtown. Neighborhood is a bit loud, if you leave windows open in the evening.

It was, hands down, the best of all worlds. Location is stellar, being situated 2 blocks in between Pike Place Market, train station and bus station. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and complete kitchen with everything you need. Also nice touches like extra blankets for couch snuggles and super private. Will never stay anywhere else.

Perfect location in downtown Seattle to pike Place Market, tours, shopping, the waterfront, ferries and public transportation. We were here for a week and didn’t need a car. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for including spectacular views!
Newmark facilities were easy to find in an absolutely convenient location. Johnny and all of the front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The building had a water leak floors above and they were quick to fix the issue. The unit doesn't have AC and fans were provided, one fan wasn't working and Vacassa had one shipped to the unit the next morning. Steps away from Pike Place, Target, public transportation and museums!

This was a great space for an extended stay in the heart of central Seattle. One block from the famous market but also well-located to the stadium, Amtrak station, museums, conference center, etc. The space itself was comfortable and the building amenities (24-hr concierge, pool, workout area, etc.) added to the experience. There was good communication leading up to the stay. The apartment could use some minor maintenance and creature comforts, but all in all, we'd recommend and bbook again.

Awesome views of the bay, central to Pikes place
Beautiful, cozy, comfortable and safe apartment near Pikes place. Sunsets (when it’s not cloudy) are amazing from the floor to ceiling windows. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and good restaurants.
Parking for 1 car was very convenient.
Well equipped and clean unit with responsive guest services staff. Overall a great location and nice space. Thank you, we had an enjoyable stay for a week and would recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment - Excellent Location
We stayed for a week and loved everything about this space. Excellent central location for Seattle sightseeing. Close to transportation hub with monorail to the Space Needle and more. One block from Pike Place Market and only a few blocks from the waterfront, ferries and harbor tours. Apartment had a beautiful view of Puget Sound and more. We had everything we needed. Communication with Vacasa and the building was great! Definitely recommend!!

Large, comfortable space and responsive management when we had a leaky shower. Very clean except for undersides of counters and appliances in kitchen (sticky). Handy location, but Seattle's large displaced population (some strung out) is omnipresent.

We had an enjoyable stay. The property is in a great location for walking to many places without having to Uber. There was not an adjacent balcony to the unit but it did have huge windows which made for lots of light and great views. The property manager came over very quickly when we called him. It was a little more difficult to speak to someone to ask questions ahead of time. We would stay there again.

Perfect location at a good price
This property is located in a great spot, with a water view and about a block from Pike Place Market. Parking is free too.
The unit itself is adequate. It could have been cleaner. The furnishings are showing their age and could be replaced or updated.
The area feels generally safe but there are occasional squabbles of homeless people that frequent the areas in close proximity of the condo building.
Overall, I would stay here again despite the minor shortcomings.

Overall had a great stay. Location was perfect! Check in and check out were easy. Views of the waterfront were spectacular. Unit was as described in the listing. Parking space being included was a plus although you could easily get by without a rental car. Was a little warm when we were there. The unit doesn't have AC but the unit did have plenty of fans. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Newmark Towers offers many amenities but we didn't really have time to use them. Front desk staff was very friendly. The only negative was that we never could get wifi. We were given a network and password that were non-existent. We contacted Vacasa, but they were unable to help us resolve that problem. We would stay there again though because you just can't beat the location!
The apartment as a whole was good. The chair was broken when we arrived. I reported it. The TV is very outdated. Could use an update. The amenities were good. The business center was nice to work. The pool was nice. The hot tub however does not bubble.
The front desk staff gets FIVE STARS! They were wonderful.
We felt very safe and we had a lot of fun. Target is right downstairs. As well as a nice coffee shop. And Hard Rock right across the street.
I would book this location again.
