Bring your own watercraft (boat or jet-ski) and dock it here. Public marina, Pleasants Landing, to drop-in, just 5 minutes away. Breathtaking lake views. Just 30 steps to the lake and the amazing covered dock. Perfectly situated on the public side (the cooler side) with an amazing boat house that includes a covered lounge with bar, full size fridge, WiFi, TV, with Roku streaming service, music and relaxing outdoor furniture. Enjoy jumping off the dock into the deep water in our no-wake zone cove area (safe for everyone); taking out the included 2 stand-up paddleboards (SUP) or 2 kayaks ; fishing right off the dock; letting the kids play in the shallower water or on the private sand beach.

Plenty of outdoor space includes the screened-in porch with dining set, a large deck with dining set and NEW massive two-zone gas grill overlooking the patio with a sunsetter awning, lower level patio with covered area & outdoor firepit - perfect for roasting s'mores, and the front porch lounge to enjoy perfect sunsets. Summer rentals are weekly FRIDAY to FRIDAY bookings. We have loved this option when vacationing ourselves - less traffic and a full weekend back at home after a great vacation.

REQUIRED: We require a copy of your drivers license, as well as the names and ages of guests staying in our home. Must be at least 25 to rent, no exceptions.

NOTE: Since taking recent ownership, we have made some slight modifications to furnishings to better accommodate our guests (so photos may vary). We would be grateful for feedback and reviews so we can enhance your stay and truly make it a wonderful experience.
