Welcome to our newly remodeled Abbey Harbor Front Villa! Enjoy this gorgeous view during your fun and relaxing time spent in beautiful Fontana-on-Geneva Lake!

Primo location in this updated 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa with 1st floor walkout patio, spectacular view of the harbor, and pristine Lake Geneva beyond.

Our Villa is conveniently located on The Abbey Resort and Spa grounds with two restaurants offering both indoor and outdoor seating, a Starbucks cafe, shopping, and live entertainment.
Step off your private patio, just off the harbor path to head to Fontana Beach, Gordy's and Chuck's waterfront restaurants or the public beach and boat launch with boat and jet ski rentals. In addition, it’s only a 15 minute drive to historic downtown Lake Geneva.

Begin your walk, jog, or run along the unique shore path, viewing the majestic lakefront Estates.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 King Bed, 1 Full with a twin bunk, set of Twin Bunk Beds and a Queen pull out sofa. Enjoy your favorite music with the SONOS speaker system. Full Eat In Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, TV in each Bedroom, Fully furnished Patio with kitchen and living room sliders. Stackable washer and dryer.

We loved this condo! We were in town for a wedding and this condo fit our family perfectly. It was very clean and a well stocked kitchen for us to make breakfast. We will definitely rent again when we return!

The Villa is beautiful and the view of the harbor is so peaceful. Kristi & Joe are wonderful hosts; they are just the nicest people. They offered fabulous recommendations for restaurants, etc. They are super responsive & we look forward to going back again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was exceptional and the villa was just as stated in the description. The villa had everything you needed and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the great view of the harbor. The host was accessible with any questions that we had and check-in was a breeze. Will not hesitate to stay there again and you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this Abbey Villa. There was plenty of space for my family of four, plus my parents. The remodeled kitchen is beautiful and the views of the Abbey Harbor were amazing. We really enjoyed staying in this location and being able to walk to the Abbey pools, arcade, beach, park, coffee shops, and restaurants. Kristi was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Family Time

My husband and I stayed at this property with our daughter, son-in-law, and our two grandsons ages four and six. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for all of us and very comfortable. The new remodel is absolutely stunning, and best of all the location is wonderful. We loved the patio which overlooks the marina. We were here over the Fourth of July. We were able to walk to restaurants and also parks for our grandchildren. We have relatives in nearby Buena Vista and were able to walk there too even with her for you all. A wonderful property. We definitely would love to come again. Kristi was a wonderful host, and very attentive, easy to communicate with.

Fantastic resort condo on Lake Geneva

Owner is super responsive and quickly answered any questions. Condo is 2 bedrooms/2bath with plenty of places to sleep. On resort property and comes with 4 resort passes so very short walk to restaurants, marina, games, beach … so convenient and hassle-free. A great place for a lake vacation

Great Place to Stay

This was a great condo to stay in. Super clean. Well appointed. In unit laundry, towels, everything you need is there. You can use the pool for the villas and the pools at the Abbey resort. There were also have four Lake Geneva Beach passes available. You can walk to boat and wave runner rentals. We had such a good time. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

What a place!

Beautiful location right on the harbor, walking distance to everything and the pool access was a bonus! Kristi was so accommodating and flexible - we hope to stay here again soon!
