Family visit

Vanessa was very easy to communicate with. The house was nice and had everything we needed. The backyard was nice for the toddlers to run around in because it was fenced. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Time

The location was perfect. It was quaint and charming and close to family members. Being at the end of the cul de sac was quiet and very refreshing with all the beautiful trees. Big backyard and a nice deck. The beds were comfortable. Nice size kitchen with a big refrigerator and well stocked. TVs in each bedroom and a large tv in the living room.

The location was close to highways so it was easy to get around, yet it was a quiet oasis. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each nights rest. The beds were super comfy!

Cute house!

This house is in a perfect location close to so many restaurant, shops and activities. Downtown KC was just a short drive. Our family had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk bed.

Great cozy little house

Perfect place for a weekend stay. Vanessa is a great host and the house is well stocked with essentials. Tight fit if you have a big family but was good for us and our two little ones. Close to all the kid friendly attractions of KC. It you're a light sleeper the master bedroom can be a little loud due to the close proximity to the highway, but didn't bother us. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect holiday getaway

We were in town for a belated holiday celebration and this home was perfect! We have four kiddos and all slept comfortably. Vanessa provided thorough communication and was prompt with her responses. We had a wonderful week!

Overland Park 💃 Comp

We stayed in this sweet little home with our entire family. We were in town for a dance competition. The home is very centrally located! We loved the ease of navigation through the area to get to places. The home has a great back yard area for kids to play and it is super safe too. The house almost seems secluded because it is at the end of the road. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable stay

The house was comfy, with just enough space for the four of us. Back yard was great to play games in or sit on the chairs on the deck. Nice to have a grill with a full tank of propane to use. Vanessa was great to work with, quickly answering any questions and solving a small issue we had.

Good location

The place met our needs, however, one of the beds was secured to the wall so you could not get out of the bed from both sides. There was no porch furniture as shown in the picture. The garbage disposal, erupted and blew garbage all over the cabinets above the floor the walls… And there was no mop to clean it up so we had to use towels. The owner Offered to send maintenance, but by then everything was cleaned up and we use the plunger to clear the sink. Other than that, it was good

Best property manager ever

Such a great place to stay and loved the location. This was one of the best property managers with whom I’ve ever worked. The property had an issue with the AC not working and it became very hot inside the house. The property manager immediately sent over maintenance to work on the issue. In the meantime, the property manager offered to move us to a different site not very far from the first house. Everything was perfect at that location. I was so impressed with all of the items offered in the kitchen including spices, coffee, creamer, etc. I have never stayed at a vacation home where they provided these simple but needed items. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and the temperature was amazingly cool. I appreciate the willingness of the manager to move us to a new location with such a major mishap with the AC. I would highly recommend and return!

Family Mini Vaca

We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house!

Great location and comfy beds

Although it was an older property, it suited our needs well - four 60 women who like to eat, shop and explore. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush and plentiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all we wanted to do. Nothing fancy but was everything we needed.

Let's Go VRBO!

This property was very clean. Our host was in constant contact. The location was perfect. There was a walking trail right outside the door. The house was nestled in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible by car. There was a very nice back deck that allowed for evening relaxation in nature. The yard was well kept with a fence for privacy.The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, and condiments.I would definitely recommend the property for a small family or a few adults needing a place to gather after a day of conferences or just exploring the area. The only issue I encountered was the odor; otherwise, everything was satisfactory, except for the garage, which I found to be a bit small.While the property is located in a cul-de-sac, it is situated near the highway, resulting in a significant amount of noise disturbance.

The house is older, but expected in that area of KC.

The overall stay was good. The house was older, but clean. Wasn’t there to entertain or for a modern stay. The purpose of the stay was to be close family and have a place close by to sleep while family is in the ICU at KU Med. The place served is purpose as needed.

My son (now 15) and I moved to Kansas a few years ago because I wanted him to be in one of the best school districts with teachers who cared about his success. A few of our favorite things to do are to make memories and build. Whether that's watching hilarious cat videos on YouTube before bed or building a Star Wars lego set non-stop for 6 hours on the weekend.
