Booking this cute cottage was super easy! Check in was even easier! It was cute, private, quiet and easy to walk to everything downtown. My friend and I had a wonderful stay here! Going to have to stay here again!
The cottage was extremely nice. Location is perfect for walking to shops , dining and drinking. Parking right near entrance of cottage and off the street. The website was nice but this place is even better in person. Will stay here every time.
The shower did back up and the door candle fell off, but it was clean and in a great location! We were able to walk around town square and were very close to all the businesses and restaurants.

Loved it!
The cottage was cute and in a great location. We enjoyed the courtyard.
The bathtub does drip constantly and hot water is in short supply so make your shower quick.
Check in was very easy by email with a lockbox code.

Agave Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. It was perfect for us. I loved that we could walk to the downtown area. I would like to mention two things that need attention. The bathtub faucet drips and both bed pillows need replacing. We would definitely stay with you again! You have such lovely and welcoming accommodations.
Perfect location to shopping, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Walk one block and you have everything accessible. No need to drive. The room is modestly furnished. There is only one chair. We brought one in from the porch as needed. Plenty of towels and washcloths were furnished for our stay. Coffee pods were furnished for the Keurig. We will certainly go again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The cottage is in the perfect area for visitors! We were able to walk to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment on and around Main Street. The bed was comfortable, and even though we loved the ceiling fan, it never really got cool enough inside. The bathroom floor and tub were pretty dirty and there was a constant drip from the faucet in the bathtub. We did try to notify management, but all correspondence is automated through text. It would have been nice to speak to a person, but it was very convenient not having to go to a separate office to pick up and return the key. Our biggest warning to others is that the floor is very uneven and could cause some people to have unstable footing.

A few issues
We checked into the Agave Sunday house on Friday September 6 only to discover the ac had frozen over. When nothing had improved by 9pm we moved over to the cottage…disappointing to have to re-pack and move into a smaller place than we originally reserved but we liked the location near main st so wanted to make the best of it. It's a cute place and was actually cleaner than the Sunday house but there was definitely a musty odor when we walked in. We thought it probably hasn't been used in awhile and didn't worry too much about it but it seemed to get worse and worse as the weekend went on. Smelled very damp, I would guess you have some plumbing problems aside from the constant dripping of the tub faucet. I would like a partial refund of our rent as we ended up in a place about half the size of the original . And I would encourage some investigation into that smell. Not at all charming. Thank you.

Comfy & Cozy
The place was clean and comfortable, and had all the extras that we needed to make our trip is success. It was nice that even though it rained we had the covered patio to sit on. The private courtyard is a nice extra.

Would definitely stay again.
The room was perfect for the two of us. We were very comfortable, and being so close to the main street was a plus. Would definitely stay again.
The location was the best part. Main Street was a block away. A few blocks south was HEB (grocery store). Across the street a cool pizza restaurant/bar. It was wonderful not having to drive around and find parking. Parking at the cottage was a breeze. The cottage is very small but for two people it's manageable. I would suggest an extra chair and small table (even if it's just a tv stand), and hangers would have been helpful for luggage. Few a few nights stay this was great!
This is the perfect cottage for a couple that intends to be out on the town or visiting wineries! Its a great option if you are just sleeping and do not plan to spend a lot of time in your room. The location is fantastic, lots of food, drinks, and entertainment within walking distance. The bed is not very comfortable as it sags in the middle so I do not recommend for many nights. The outdoor courtyard was perfect for a near fall night outside with a glass of wine to end the night! It would be helpful to have a mirror in the main bedroom in addition to the bathroom mirror. Enjoyed our stay, perfect for our weekend getaway.
Was definitely a great place to stay! Only a block away from main street but tucked away enough that you didn't hear a whole lot of noise. Check in was very easy. The only real negative I had is that the paint around the shower was peeling pretty bad.
This place was the perfect location. Within walking distance to shops & restaurants. The cottage itself could use a few updates, but overall was great for a weekend getaway.
Such a cute cottage. The best part was that it was walkable. We didn’t get in the car until we were leaving. It was a very cozy atmosphere. The courtyard with the fire pit was just great. If we were staying longer, I might want a kitchen, but for 2 nights/3 days, the microwave, mini-fridge, and keurig served just fine. Great, quick get-away.
