Very private and comfortable studio apartment in quiet Cambria Heights neighborhood. Enjoy a full sized bed, private bath, fully equipped kitchen, AC, microwave, Keurig coffee maker in your own private apartment with NOTHING SHARED by anyone. You will have complete privacy.

Our home is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and cafe's. Bus stop is one block away. Uber/Lyft available also. Our home is 5 mins to Belmont racetrack, 15 mins to Aqueduct, a short drive to US Open, 15 mins to Long Island Rail Road (to get you to penn station). Plenty of street parking available.

Studio calme et convenant à un couple.

Secteur facile d’accès. Mais, il conviendrait que le propriétaire mette à la disposition de ses locataires une carte géographique du secteur et des informations sur l’usage des transports en commun pour les locataires non véhiculés. Il serait également bien qu’il laisse dans le studio les identifiants et mot de passe de la connexion Wifi puis le mode d’utilisation de la télévision. En gros, nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Tony, le propriétaire, était au petit soin.

A Great Value in Queens!

We enjoyed our stay at Tony & Cathy's place. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures are 100% accurate. No surprises. The parking was great and we really liked the neighborhood. We were attending a family wedding so the location was perfect for us. Close to LaGuardia airport and the wedding venue. The studio is very private, clean and comfortable. We travel on a budget and this place is a great value. I recommend staying here!
