This is the perfect place for groups and families looking to get together in Guadalajara. It has all the amenities to help you feel at home with easy proximity to all the essentials, historic sites, restaurants, and nightlife.

The space
The house is large, with enough room to comfortably sleep up to 14 with privacy for all. Each of the five bedrooms comes equipped with its own Netflix-ready flat screen TV and their own bathroom. The common spaces share an open floor plan with tons of natural light and unique architectural touches such as bay windows and elegant arches, a wood burning fireplace, and skylights.
Bask in the southern exposure of the solarium. Catch up on your reading in the library. Cook a feast in the spacious kitchen with newly upgraded appliances. Gather for a meal around the artisan-crafted dining set. Or relax in a hammock in the lush, private yard.

Cada una de las cinco habitaciones viene equipada con su propio televisor de pantalla plana con Netflix. Why they chose this property
This house was designed and built by my parents 40 years ago. Me and my family grew up here. Recently, me and my dear friend Florencia restored and renovated this house to host families and groups of travelers visiting our beautiful city.
What makes this property unique
The house is spacious, clean and full of light. Each room has its own full bathroom, TV and several beds so you and your party can enjoy your time in Guadalajara without feeling crowded during your stay. The open areas are also big and plenty so everyone can find their own corner if they want a little solitude and space for their own. The backyard is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy some sun. Throughout the house there are over 2,000 books that belonged to me and my mom if you feel like having a read. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and plenty of seats for everyone in both dinning areas.
