Hamptons Beach House at Curl Curl
Luxurious Hamptons-style beach house located in a quiet beachside cul-de-sac adjacent to lagoon parklands and sports fields. Curl Curl Beach is just a flat 250m walk. Cooled by sea breezes and with the sound of the ocean at night, this airy 4-bedroom home revels in coastal ambience and has a relaxed indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
The home has been recently renovated with high quality finishes & a light, open plan design. There is high speed cable wifi.
LIVING
There are two living spaces - a formal lounge at the front of the house with new 65 inch TV and large chaise lounge. The back casual living area is adjacent to the kitchen and seamlessly flows out to the back deck & yard through bi-fold doors. It has 2 lounges and a 55 inch TV.
DINING
There is an 8 seat dining table adjacent to the kitchen. There is an outdoor dining table and a large BBQ to enjoy meals on the back deck.
BEDROOMS
Master - King Bed with pilowtop mattress.
Bed 2 - Queen Bed with pillowtop mattress.
Bed 3 - 1x bunk bed (2 singles) + 1x single bed
Bed 4* - 1x single bed
KITCHEN
Huge modern kitchen with walk in pantry, large Smeg cooker and well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils.
OUTDOOR
The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining featuring a large deck with outdoor heating and fan and a BBQ. There are monkey bars / swings in the backyard for the kids to play.
There is a large swim spa available for use. It can be heated like a regular spa but is big enough to swim in like a pool.
In the front yard there is a second secure lawn area and off street parking for 1 car behind an electric gate.
KIDS
The house is well set up for kids with lots of toys and books. Kids cups, plates and cutlery are provided.
