A snowbirds paradise. Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bath home located in the Gated community of Corte Bella CC. Main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Separate Casita has1 bedroom and bath. Huge closets throughout. New paint, crown molding and absolutely spotless. Single car garage. Electric golf cart included. Beautifully decorated. New outdoor gas grill and cook tops. Swimming pool with gas fire pit and water feature. Huge Community Pool, Gym, Tennis courts, Pickleball Courts, Restaurant and spa. Golfing requires additional fees. Private pool is not heated.

No children under the age of 18 allowed.

Everything we wanted and more
Wonderful heated pool! Plenty of room and everyone loved the sun shelf. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, including golf cart, bicycles, and pool floats. Internet was fast and reliable. Kitchen was well equipped. Outside grills were the best I’ve seen. We’ll be back.

Beautiful home in pristine neighborhood
Beautiful, spotless and most of all a comfortable home. Corte Bella is a gorgeous quiet golf course community. Working with Michele was effortless. The home is so pretty, an adorable casita and really comfortable king size bed. Very private, nicely landscaped back yard and patio with an awesome grill. Everything provided was in excellent condition. We use VRBO quite often and would definitely recommend this home.

VERY Enjoyable Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay! The property had easy access to the 303. The neighborhood was beautiful. It is a great place to walk. There was easy access to golf just about anywhere in the area. The backyard was nice with great sunshine! The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had a great layout and had all the utensils, etc. that we needed. We had a problem with the cable- Michele was very responsive and immediately resolved the problem. The cable worked great after that. She was very easy to communicate with, prompt to respond, and cared about our needs! We would definitely want to stay at this property again! Thanks, Michele!
