30 day minimum. A signed lease, by all parties, will be required for your stay at our home. All you need is your toothbrush and clothes to start enjoying your stay at this beautifully decorated and relaxing home. This home offers 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, covered patio, fire pit, and grill in your own private back yard. Choose your choice of amenities ranging from 2 fitness centers, fitness classes, 4-18 hole championship golf courses, 11 lighted tennis courts, as well as planned activities, for an additional cost. Utilities, WiFi, and a smart television, all are included in your rent. One person staying in the residence must be 45+ and older, occasional guests will be considered. Wonderful Home

We have been spending the past 10 years in Arizona using VRBO. This property has been the best. Theresa and Rick were outstanding to deal with. From the moment we walked thru the door we could see how they paid so much attention to detail to make their guests feel so welcome. Everything we needed was there and the cleanliness was so much appreciated. Their location is excellent with many restaurants and shopping areas close by. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was well furnished and upgraded. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. Nice private backyard. The owners Theresa and Rick were great to work with, very responsive!

Nice 2 bedroom in The Grand. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Quiet street in the grand. Rick and Teresa did everything to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to stay there again.

Convenient location, perfect size

We needed a place for several weeks after we sold our house until my husband retired. This was very convenient to everything in Surprise and the northwest valley, and the perfect size. The home had everything we needed and was well taken care of.

Why they chose this property

Rick and I knew this property was the one for us. We love all the upgrades, and relaxing atmosphere here in Sun City Grand. Very friendly neighbors, quiet, and beautiful yards. We love all the cacti, trees and bushes. We can't wait to get back to explore all the amenities and activities. We did get to golf on the four golf courses, and we loved every minute of our time golfing. We even got to see coyotes on the golf course, which was so cool.
