Welcome to The Blue Door! Rest in our new architect designed apartment, immediately adjacent to a beautiful neighborhood park. Our apartment is located on the lower floor of a private residence (don't worry, there is no noise transfer from above), garden style , with a private entrance and convenient parking a few steps from the entry. With 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and 926 square feet of living space there is plenty of space to relax and be comfortable.

Enjoy 2 parks within a few steps. Walk to Boulder Rec Center (1/2 mile), Ideal Plaza (1mile), the foothills trails (1 mile) or downtown Pearl St (1/1/2 miles). Be entertained by a Vizio 55 flatscreen TV, Sonos Sound and lots of cable TV, movie and sports channels.
