Private home with your own pool, a wonderful escape close to everything. .

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay poolside at our unique Spanish bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood near to it all. Our 2 bedroom home is nice and private while still within easy reach of everything this wonderful area has to offer. Casa Futuro is fully equipped with a large gas BBQ outside and air conditioning inside. The well equipped kitchen includes a filtered water tap, Dolce Gusto machine, a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms as well as new beds.

Minutes to the picturesque village of Alfaz with its excellent choice of shopping and restaurants, Friday market and many cultural events , within 10 minutes drive to blue flag beaches, and a multitude of theme parks, water parks and other attractions. Whether you like to relax or have fun this area has it all and Casa Futuro is well situated to enjoy it all.

Always a great stay

We have stayed here a number of times now and each time we have a warm welcome and a great stay. The pool is most welcome when the sun is out and the location is ideal for a quiet and relaxing time. Many thanks again !

Home away from home.

This home was perfect for us. So well set up with everything we needed. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner every day and other than buying our food supplies, everything we needed was there. It was like staying at a friends house. The house is located close to town, with shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach. All in all a great place to stay.

Great stay

Nice secluded and private property in a nice location, nice pool and nice garden. Walking distance to shops and to bars and restaurants. We had a lovely stay, the only drawback was having to leave. Would deffo stay here again in the future and would recommend others too as well.

Un lugar maravilloso

He ido con mi marido y mis hijos y hemos estado de maravilla. La casa es perfecta con todo detalle para que lleves lo mínimo. La zona es muy tranquila, que es lo que buscábamos. Además tienes comercios cerca. El trato ha sido excelente, son muy amables. Sin duda cuando podamos volveremos.

Estuvimos 4 dias, y nos fuimos encantados y agradecidos, por todo, pero sobretodo por la simpatia y el buen trato de barbara y su hermana. Bueno la casa,tiene de todo,acostubrados a ir a casa ,en la que tienes que llevar ,hasta el javon para fregar platos. Aqui no falta ni un detalle,fenomenal todo y bueno la piscina un 10 encima el tiempo acompaño. Volveremos seguro,muchas gracias

The home has been in my family for many years. We love the privacy once on the property and the location of Casa El Futuro. The home is so close to the town but still away from the hustle and bustle making it a wonderful retreat after a full days enjoying everything this has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The house is situated in a wonderfully quiet residential area of Alfaz and yet is just minutes away from anything you might want to see and do. A popular destination for many Europeans the area is very multicultural, Spanish, English, Dutch & Norwegian are widely used common languages making it very easy to get around and communicate. The house itself has all the necessary things to make your stay comfortable.
