Cabin Fevers is your cozy UP getaway - with lots of beautiful and awesome things to see nearby, every day.

We are located right at the foot of the Powderhorn Mountain ski resort. Snowriver Mountain Resort ( previously Blackjack & Indianhead) is also a short drive away.

Wolverine Cross Country Ski & Snowshoe Trails are right down the street, & Miner’s, ABR, & Montreal Cross County Ski Trails are also a short drive away.


We are a short driving distance from the Copper Peak, Black River Harbor, Little Girls Point, and many, many waterfalls (Potawatomi Falls, Gorge Falls, & Superior Falls are some of our favorites).

Porcupine Mountain State Park is a nice drive away.

You'll stay in a duplex in unit #2, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms two decks, fully-equipped kitchen, (with full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, & utensils), HOT TUB & SAUNA, A/C, electric fireplace and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Each guest is supplied with two sets of towels.

We live in Unit #1, so the hot tub will be all yours during your stay. There is a private sauna on each side of the duplex.

We have Spectrum high speed internet and Roku

You must climb stairs, bedrooms are located on the lower level.

Please watch your step when going in and out of patio doors upstairs and downstairs.

We are Marty and Virginia. We will be right next door, and you might catch a glimpse of us on our side of the upper deck (which is separated from your side). If you want to say hello, have questions, or need anything else, we will be here & happy to help. Otherwise, we will assume that you want to relax without anyone getting in your hair, and we respect that.

Please keep in mind, you are in the Northwoods and will see wildlife and insects. Please keep them out of the house by keeping the doors closed.


Active security cameras /recording devices/video doorbell overlook the property (driveway, front entrances, shed & backyard) for security reasons.

Absolutely NO parties.

No extra guests.
Absolutely NO pets.
If you are caught with extra guests or pets, you will immediately be asked to leave.

Quiet times are 11PM to 8AM
Hot tub hours 8AM to 11PM
The hot tub area will be closed at 11PM
We reserve the right to enter and service the hot tub area during closed hours. Before using the hot tub, message us at your convenience so we can quickly show you how to operate, open and close the hot tub. As the hot tub cover is brand new - if you damage it - you will be responsible for the cost of replacing it. Motorcycles welcome, no snowmobiles or off road vehicles.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles, do jot block mailbox.


Absolutely no smoking inside, on the back decks or in the backyard. You may smoke on the front deck or on the driveway, but please put butts into provided silver bucket.
Please, no unsupervised children in the hot tub or sauna.

Absolutely NO glass in or around the hot tub. If you do bring drinks into hot tub, put them in plastic cups(provided in the kitchen). Please shower before using the hot tub. By entering the hot tub you agree to release all liability from the owners. No lifeguard on duty.

Please remove shoes at door.

If there’s snow on the ground, feel free to go in the back yard, but please stay on the shoveled trails. For your safety, please stay out of the woods and the neighbors’ yards, & also, PLEASE, no snowboarding, skiing, sledding, or any other Winter Olympic Sports on the property, at any time.
Check out time is at 11AM, if you have not vacated by 11:15 AM, cleaners will enter. Early check in and late check out are not available
