Nettles Island East Wall River Front Cottage

***Minimum length of stay for season: 3 months*** will only rent Jan, Feb, March in a block*** December on a monthly basis preferred *

384 is a renovated model home decorated with a beachy feel. The dining and living area are lined with windows to allow you a spectacular view of the waterway and private dock located in the East seawall of Nettles Island.
Nettles Island is a 24-hour security gated community located between Ft. Pierce inlet and St. Lucie inlet. Nettles Island has many activities and amenities on the island which include 2 pools (one on the island and one beachfront), hot tubs, beach, recreation center including sports facilities, inside and outside games (including: tennis, horseshoes, mini golf, shuffleboard, boccie ball, basketball, tot playground, pool & ping pong tables, arcade games, computers with internet and more.) gym, stores, and restaurants. Beach is located a few blocks away with a private cabana area and pool area including restrooms and a snack bar.
The kitchen has all the major appliances and is fully stocked for cooking and dining. The adjoining family room has a 55" Smart TV, includes cable and wifi.
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with new Nectar mattress and a 32” mounted smart TV.
Bedroom 2 – Double size bunk beds with twin size pull out. Please note that this bedroom does not have a door and flows through to the living area.
Bathrooms: 1 has tub, 1 has shower

The dock was recently redone as well with a nice set of umbrellas and table and chairs to relax and watch the dolphins swim by. The dock is the ideal location to fish and relax. The boat lift is unavailable.
Upon check in please review the House Rules. The house will be stocked with approximately 2 days worth of necessities: toilet paper, tissues, soaps, shampoo for the bathrooms and dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags and coffee in the kitchen. All bed linens, towels (including beach towels) and kitchen towels are provided.
Please be aware that the seawall is very close to the back door. It is recommended that all renters, especially children, be able to swim. You will find a ladder and life ring on the dock, but these items may not be enough to prevent a drowning due to accidental fall ins.
The cottage is up a few feet as such upon entering there are 4 steps up to the living area.

Please note there is a ring camera in the exterior facing the dock and boat area. Also, boat/lift access will be necessary from time to time.
