Enter into a fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, dishes, and appliances needed for family meals. Great time for all ages! Between family arcade tournaments and swimming in the awesome waterfall pool, our stay was the ultimate fun!

A Great Family Stay

Cabin was clean, staff was friendly. We had an issue with a faucet and staff fixed right away. Close drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kids loved the pool and arcade games. Adults loved the hot tub and viewsfrom the 3 level porches. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect!!

This cabin has it all!! We absolutely loved playing the games and on the pool table! The pool and hot tub were amazing!! We also got to enjoy watching a family of ground hogs right from our balcony! We will definitely be back!

Good but some issues

Nice looking cabin. We wanted one with a pool for the kids. The waterfall portion was not working . Fooseball game was also broke. Reported both to management. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of the broken items. All the power went out in a bathroom overnight and when I called they suggested I could try and flip the breaker myself which I did. Breaker box was located on a wet muddy hill outside. I could have waited on a work order to go through but we needed the bathroom. Couldn’t get the dishwasher working either. The electronic games worked and kept the kids and adults occupied. Heating and cooling was weird and it was difficult to keep the temperature cool even with the heat off. We just left the doors open and let the 40 degree weather cool the rooms. This wasn’t a bad cabin but needs some maintenance for the issues we encountered.

Jeff, we are sorry about the issues with the breakers. We have now put brand new breakers in and have fixed this issue. Not sure about the HVAC, but will look in to this issue ASAP. Thank you again for staying with us!
