Amazing place - just perfect to relax in beautiful nature

A perfect place to stay for a few days relaxing, hiking, swimming, and enjoying the beach right in front of the property with direct access from the garden. There was nothing missing here - an oasis right next to Bastia!

A dream at the sea

Great place at a perfect location

We were deeply impressed with the quality of the appartment and the setting immediately next to the beach. We missed nothing and relaxed from moment one. Pascal, our friendly host, did everything to make our stay a success.

little paradise

We found our little paradise with everything we needed for perfect holydays; a tastefully furnished appartement with high comfort on a wonderful property with a natural garden with beautiful plants (and turtles); totally quiet; with nearly a private beach; not far to the lovely Bastia. Our host was very discreet, but always there when we needed him - thank you very much, Pascal! We hope we can come back soon!

This was a great holiday

Schönes kleines Haus direkt am Strand

Wir haben den Aufenthalt 14 Tage in diesem ruhigen und in schöner grüner Lage gelegenen Reihenhäuschen genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder dort hin. Vielen Dank an Pascal für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Behandlung.

Wunderschöner Ort

Der Vermieter war sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Wohnung sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Nötige. Es waren sehr schöne Ferien.

Perfektes Strandhaus

Die Wohnung ist eine von 3 Ferienwohnungen (alle mit eigenem Eingang und Garten, und sogar eigenem Törchen zum Strand:)) auf Pascals Grundstück direkt am Strand. Pascal ist ein super Gastgeber, er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet, und angeboten bei Problemen erreichbar zu sein (wir hatten keine). Alles da was man braucht, sogar Strandstühle, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, (das Trinkwasser ist ein wenig gechlort aber gut trinkbar). Alles in allem war es für uns der perfekte Ort für den Urlaub.

Perfekte Location direkt am Strand

Sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen, direkt am Strand. Bis zum Wasser sind es keine 20 Meter. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Klimaanlage haben wir, trotz bestem (Bade) Wetter im Oktober nicht gebraucht. Das Bad ist hochwertig und modern. Schönes Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Auf der Terrasse vorm Haus gibt es Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Der gemauerte Grill rundet alles perfekt ab. Gastgeber Pascal ist nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch jederzeit erreichbar und hilft umgehend bei größeren oder kleineren Problemen.(die wir nicht hatten) Die Nähe zu Bastia sorgt dafür, dass man in gut 15 Minuten am alten Hafen sein kann. Erwähnen sollte man aber auch den Flughafen in 17 Kilometer Entfernung. Es gab im Oktober nicht mehr viele Flugzeuge, haben uns nicht gestört, waren aber mitunter laut und tief. Wie es im Juli/August ist kann ich nicht sagen, vermutlich aber deutlich mehr. Wir können Pascal und sein Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!

Immer wieder gerne …

Einfach top. Sehr nah gelegen an der Stadt (Bastia) dennoch schön abseits in der Nähe eines Naturreservates mit privater Einfahrt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlagen, Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc. vorhanden) und völlig ausreichend für 3-4 Personen. In dem am Strand angrenzenden Garten kann man wunderbar chillen. Liegen sind vorhanden. Der Strand mit privatem Zugang ist gerade mal 15-20m von dem Apartment entfernt. Das Tolle daran ist, es sind kaum Strandurlauber im Umkreis von mehr als 50m da. Man hat den Strand quasi für sich. Von uns gibt es 5 von 5 Sternen

Perfekt...mehr Worte braucht es eigentlich nicht... kleines Paradies direkt am weitläufigen Strand, absolute Ruhe, sauberes, komfortables und gut eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem Außenbereich und eigenem Strandzugang, sehr netter Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war... absolut empfehlenswert... The apartment is really nice and clean. The owner is totally friendly and helps in all situations, if necessary. The appartment we had is absolute sufficient for 2 persons !! A clean kitchen with fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and gas cooking !! One nice and clean bedroom with large window. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. A nice terrace, very quiet. Fantastic is - there are only 30 meters to walk to the beach which was not crowded. In general an excellent place with mich higher Standard as usual. We enjoyed our stay and we have really nothing negative to report. Thank you Pascal !! We are looking forward coming back to your really nice place !! Christel and Jörg

A perfect place to relax

Like mentioned in the title, this place is perfect to relax. We stayed 2 weeks total, one week in this appartement and the other week in an other appartement of Pascal. This appartement has everything included like in the description. It's very clean and everything works fine. The AC is also very good. We also enjoyed the BBQ in the garden a lot. However, the best thing about this place is the distance to the beach and the beach itself. You walk about 15 meters through the garden and you are on the beach already. The beach itself is perfect. It is just sand and no rocks or something. It was also never crowded, so it was always very relaxing. Pascal itself is a great guy. He was very helpful and we could always reach him. I would recommend this appartement to everyone, who is looking for a great place on the beach. It was just perfect!

Nous nous sommes régalés, le bien correspondait à ce qui était décrit dans l'annonce. Propreté, emplacement de 1er choix, literie neuve et de qualité, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. jardin ombragé avec barbecue et relax. Accès direct à la mer pour se rafraichir. À recommander sans aucun doute.

une parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille ... 3 gîtes réservés pour 3 familles et nous repartons la tête pleine de souvenirs !! Situation idyllique, plage quasi-privée (pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants... et des grands!) , accueil très agréable et discrétion des propriétaires. Nous avons tout aimé ! confort du gîte, de la literie, situation idéale, décoration très jolie, équipement, ombre sur la terrasse nous permettant de prendre tous nos repas dehors ... et même l'apéritif en bord de mer ! nous y avons passé d'excellents moments et espérons pouvoir revenir :-) Gros pincement au coeur en partant, nous apprécions de plus en plus pouvoir venir nous ressourcer le temps d'une parenthèse enchantée sur votre île. Merci à M et Mme Camadini de nous avoir permis de vivre cela en famille cette année ( à 13...).
