With a grey interior and modern furnishings, this minimalist flat is set in the heart of the 3rd Arrondissement and within walking distance to many top Lyon's attractions!

Relax in the bright living room which maintains an open floor plan that connects the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a double sofabed facing the TV and an ornate fireplace.

The attached dining area consists of a dining table and chairs for 4. If you fancy dining in, you may dine here with your loved ones!

The connected kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a fridge.

The bedroom contains a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal.

The bathroom has all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a separate toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Overlooked by sleek skyscrapers, the commercial 3rd arrondissement is known for the mid-range Part-Dieu mall and the Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse food hall, selling gourmet charcuterie and chocolate. Smart bistros fill the streets. Gestapo prison cells are displayed at the Mémorial National de la Prison de Montluc and the brutalist Institute Lumière screens arthouse films.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Gare Part-Dieu Villette Station - 7 mins away on foot. There's also the Dauphiné - Lacassagne Tram Stop just 15 mins walk from the flat.

From both of these stations and tram stops, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Lyon!

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).

The property is under camera surveillance to ensure guest's security (1Cam at the entrance of the building and 2 cameras on the hall).

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
