Close to Everything! Just a few minutes’ walk to the Gondola, shops, coffee, restaurants—this condo is perfectly placed in Dercum Square. It has views of the ice rink/mini golf, partial slope views, and sits in the heart of River Run. Whether you're visiting for summer or winter activities, you’re in the perfect spot, and the unit comes with gated garage parking.

This 2 bed / 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests and includes ultra-premium linens and a freshly replaced duvet after each guest. You'll also enjoy access to a pool, hot tub, pool table, workout space, sauna, ski locker, and bike rack in the garage. Inside, you’ll find a full-size kitchen, oversized private balcony, and more!

The Space
FULL RENOVATION COMPLETE!
ALL new mattresses, furniture, art, and more.

The primary bedroom has a king bed. The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bottom bunk with a twin on top and an extra twin pull-out mattress below. All mattresses are brand new. The full kitchen comes with all amenities—and then some. Small toiletries are provided to get you started.

Note: NO AC.
Each room has an oscillating fan. There is heating and a gas fireplace that turns on with a switch.

Cleanliness Matters
In addition to the many amenities, we go above industry standards with our linens and bedding. We provide ultra-premium linens along with the Ivory White Bedding Program. This means that ALL bedding—including the duvet covers—is replaced after each guest. Most units keep the same comforter or duvet without washing between guests, but we believe you deserve everything fresh and clean for your stay. This perk is at no extra cost to you.

We’ve just finished a full renovation! Everything has been updated or replaced—artwork, furniture, and more. We hope you enjoy the condo that you'll be calling home during your getaway.

Guest Access
With your key card, you will have access to all areas at Expedition Station, including 1 unreserved parking spot in the under-building garage located on River Run Road. You'll need to use the QR code to register your license plate and length of stay.

No need to get out of your vehicle to enter the garage—just use your key card from your car window. You will receive a parking pass with your check-in packet from SCMR. Additionally, you’ll have access to the hot tub and pool area at Dakota Lodge.

Important Parking Note:
The Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8/day for parking starting November 1st, 2025.

Other Things to Note
- Your key card also gives you discounts at some local businesses.
- No animals allowed (owner is highly allergic). Please do not book if you plan to bring pets of any kind.
- Please be gentle with the window screens and sliding screen doors—they break easily.
- Laundry facilities are located on the same floor, behind the elevators. Machines take credit cards only ($1.75 per cycle). Laundry detergent is not provided—please bring a few pods if needed.

Nature Alert: You may see large wild animals in the area. Please admire from a distance and do not approach.

The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Long stay in Keystone

Other than no grill (as advertised) and the hot tub being busted I really enjoyed my stay! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed as I cooked in most nights. Overall 10/10 for me! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, traditional ski condo with a cozy vibe. Nice amenities like a gas fireplace, steam room, pool and hot tub plus ski lockers. Wish the shower had hot water ( instead of warm-ish), and the bedrooms were super hot at night even with the heat off. Otherwise it was great!

The location of this condo is awesome. It's a short walk to the gondola and right next to all the shops and restaurants in River Run Village. The property company was responsive and tended to our needs. The downside is that the condo itself isn't luxurious; the beds could be more comfortable, especially in the bunk room. Overall we had a good stay!

Great staycation

Great little space for a girls weekend. Patio was great to use for our dinner outside and breakfast in morning and to watch the meteor shower that night. (Kitchen just needs some small stock pantry items for cooking- oils). Only downside no a/c for summer but with window open it was okay and the fans. Property had a great hot tub and heated pool! Would stay again easily.

Wonderful

The condo is perfect for a weekend getaway. A few minutes walk to the gondola for skiing and plenty of cute little shops and restaurants around too. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities on each floor. I would 100% recommend booking this condo. Only recommendations, there are no cleaning supplies (ie counter spray) other than dish soap, the primary bed has a waterproof mattress cover which resulted in the fitted sheet slipping and sliding with every movement and would always end up off of the mattress by morning. We would have to try to re-tuck it every morning. After the first night I ended up just sleeping on the covers with a blanket as it was extremely annoying. The plumbing is extremely sensitive to more than like 1 square of toilet paper. Not kidding. Otherwise would definitely stay again and recommend. Again great location and updated!!

The unit could definitely uses some small TLC and it would really stand out. Update some art work, fix the smoke detector that's hanging from the ceiling in the master bedroom, and make sure all the tv's work and can connect. The master bedroom tv couldn't connect to the internet. There was also no wifi network listed that the instructions said to connect to, so service was pretty bad in the unit. Location and parking are great though!

This is a very nice apartment condo. It is clean and everything worked out well. We did not have any problems during our stay there. However, the instructions on how to get the keys and enter the property were not clear at all. So much confusion on what was the code to open the safe, in order to get the keys; confusion on what was the Room Nr., etc. It was frustrating, because there was no clarity at all, and we had to guess.They could have just written that this is your Room Nr., and this is the code to open the safe, but there was no clarity at all.

Belive the other reviews .. they are mostly accurate

First let me say Keystone is great and staying in the River Run Village is awesome. 5 Stars on each. Expedition station is getting a bit older but is still a good choice as its a reasonable walk to the gondola. The issue I had is that this unit is dated. The carpet is kind of old and worn. The beds and linens are in poor condition and all need replacement / updating. The kitchen was adequate. This unit was a bit cheaper than other listings with 4 beds so I went for it but should have trusted the other reviews and realized it was cheaper for a reason. I did not give the check in process 5 stars since they charged me extra $ to check in a few hours early for what was an empty / ready to go unit. Felt that was annoying for how much was spent here already. Keystone skiing was so awesome I managed to overlook all the bad nights sleep on the bed!
