This is a great condo in a great location: You’re just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route. You’ll also enjoy the updated floors, granite counters, and shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will love it … you will too!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom deluxe condo is set up to host six guests comfortably; it’s also great for two couples to share! There’s a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living space. The flat-screen TV with complimentary cable is perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite shows. There’s also a patio off the living area for kicking back after a big day on the slopes or letting the mountain breeze flow through the condo.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We like to cook. The kitchen is well stocked. All the baking dish’s, pots and pans etc. Of all things to have missing… a basic cutting board. There is none. Comfortable place to stay though. A short bus ride to Peak 8.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is ok, somewhat remodeled. The good-close to shuttle, has a kitchen to make your own food. The not so good- The master bed and lower bunk are not comfortable, my husband was stuffed every night(and better outside), not sure if the carpet is old and dusty, previous pets, or bedding needs an update. Kitchen pots/pans are worn out and need to be replaced, no way to dry ski boots, the kitchen towels and papertowels are worthless and for the price paid per night, could be better.

Beautiful property, great management

We didn’t actually stay at this property! There was a last-minute problem with the Gold Camp Silver Strike condo, just a few hours before our arrival. The property management company (Summit Mountain Rentals) seamlessly relocated us to a similar condo in the same area for the same price. The place was beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and quiet - just what we were hoping for.

It was close to the bus shuttle to the top of the mountain and town. We did rent a car but you really could use the shuttle to get anywhere. The accommodation was good too. Smaller than I thought but was fine for the 4 of us.

This property is located just one stop away from peak 7 and two stops from peak 8 when using the free ride bus / shuttle (Gold Route line). What you see in the pictures is what you get!

Great, Quiet and Easy Access

Was our family winter outing and we had a great time and everything was excellent from the check in to maintenance when needed to getting around. We had a little problem with the wifi but they were right on it and within 10 it was working. Everything else was great. We were just a short walk to the free bus stop that took us right to the gondola and downtown. Only downside was our unit did not have a grill, but the oven had a broiler that worked just fine. Great time in Breck.

The kitchen is great, fireplace lovely and beds comfortable. However, the windows are in great need of an upgrade. Being right next to Ski Hill Rd, there is a lot of traffic and even with the windows closed the noise comes through as if you’re in a tent. The shuttle bus is particularly loud and runs from 6 am to 10 pm.

This was in a great location - bus to the lift/town/etc was across the street. Short (uphill) walk to the lift if you didnt want to take the bus. Unit was nice - good easy space for a weekend ski trip. Parking easy and convenient. Communication was excellent. I asked about restaurants, etc and they got back to me within minutes. Easy check in - allowed for late check out. Only 2 negatives I had was I felt the bathroom wasnt deep cleaned. There were hairs left around the shower which could have just been missed but I just felt it should have been better but the rest of the place seemed ok. The only other issue i had was it didnt say anywhere in the listing that this was a 3rd floor walk up! GAH! i think that should be noted (especially bc people may have disabilities or something which would hinder their ability to get up 3 flights of stairs) - it would have been nice to know we had to trek tons of bags up 3 flights of stairs after getting in late and being tired. However the ski locker on the main floor was a nice added touch! Otherwise it was a great convenient stay for my family of 4 and I still would rebook this place if we come back
