Very well located, in a private complex with swimming pool in the heart of the old town and close to the marina and its restaurants, this recently renovated apartment offers all the necessary comfort. It has a living room with fully equipped American kitchen (everything for cooking, washing machine, etc) and sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a large shower room with toilet. There is a terrace with sea view. Quiet and sunny.
Very comfortable up to 4 people.
Wifi access ( free), air conditioning.
Children welcome.
To preserve our environment, we strive to respect the principles of
sustainable tourism. We ask everyone to use water and electricity
in charge of . This is why the air conditioning is charged, reassure you the air conditioning is not expensive and not really necessary because there is air in Lanzarote and the nights are cool.
