Modern and bright apartment on the top floor with large balcony. Living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Fully furnished and equipped. Very quiet, central, close to many shops, restaurants and metro.
The apartment was completely renovated by an architect in 2014. Its surface of 38m ² can accommodate 4 people. There is a large double bed in the bedroom (width 1. 60m) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (width 1. 40m) which is a real bed.

Great neighborhood!

Gorgeous apartment indeed. I especially enjoyed having coffee or wine on the balcony. The sunsets and moonrises were beautiful to watch over the tops of the other buildings. Everything was in great shape. There were some crumbs leftover on the chairs and counters which attracted some ants. But nothing too alarming. I highly recommend!

Jewel box of an apartment

Check in was simple, the apartment was spotless, and we loved how convenient it was to the metro. We also really enjoyed the balcony in the morning or late at night. Highly recommend.

Wonderful neighbor, easiest check-in possible, beautiful apartment with state of the art kitchen, beautiful sunlight everywhere, adorable balcony for morning cafe or afternoon cocktails, very, very quiet area. We loved the location 1.5 blocks from l'Arc de Triomphe & Le Metro. Will book again!!!!

Great Location with Nice Furnishings

Great location just a block from underground junction. Lots of nice restaurants and shops near by as well. Apartment was very nicely renovated and very clean. Extremely spacious and pleasant stay.

Wonderful location

Great Location. Near the metro. Great places to eat and shop very close. Very IKEA modern, different but fun. Loved the local street market. Very quiet and safe location. We felt like we were in Paris rather than just another hotel. Kitchen was fine for making breakfast , wine and cheese and snacks. Local restaurants are great so no need to cook.

great location

i was pleasantly surprised about the great neighbourhood the apartment is in and access to transportation that made all major sites easy to reach. owner was easy to contact, answered concerns and had left a very detailed manual about the apartment and area. it is a well designed very compact apartment. best for 2? adults. it was feeling tight with a teenager. stocked with water , paper towels and enough toilet paper for a month !! unfortunately the dishwasher has leaked many times and the kitchen floor is in poor shape and needs replacement. very good stove, oven , fridge and washing machine. laundry dried quickly on the supplied rack.

Ideal apartment for a visit to Paris!

Had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely, bright & clean apartment by Arc de Triomphe, very close to many amenities - metro, restaurants etc! Also grateful for the super comfortable bed - much needed after the busy days of sightseeing.

Great Location for exploring Paris

Small well appointed base for myself, wife and 2 teenagers to explore Paris. Had everything we needed and was delighted to see an Nespresso machine to feed my coffee addiction. TV was used a couple of nights although we did have a few glitches with the internet connection. A reboot solved that. Very well positioned for exploring Paris as the Metro station is just on the corner and of course the Champs Elysee is just over the road. Great for window shopping or more if your budget stretches. Some good restaurants locally as well. Very much enjoyed using the apartment and hope we weren't too noisy. We did try to keep the noise to an acceptable level.

L'appartement était conforme à nos attentes, et tel que le descriptif le signalait. Appartement refait à neuf . Le 5e étage permet d'éviter les nuisances sonores de la rue. Très bonne literie. Un espace repas confortable. Notre propriétaire a été à notre écoute et nous l'en remercions. Le quartier très agréable .

Parfait !

Appartement très bien situé, calme, très bien équipé et très propre ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement bénéficie d’une situation idéale, très proche de la station de taxi et métro et épicerie ouverte en permanence à quelques mètres. Tout était parfait et nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! Juste à revoir le canapé-lit qui présente des signes de fatigue mais qui n’enlève rien à tous les points positifs du lieu. Une petite pépite dans Paris ! Merci au propriétaire tres arrangeant.

L'appartement est conforme à la prestation annoncée ! L'emplacement est extra, la literie confortable, et c'est bien équipé. Seul bémol, les tabourets non réglables en hauteur ce qui pose un problème de confort lors des repas. Sinon tout était parfait !

Great Location
