Villa Zara is located in the small village of Mastrinka on the island Ciovo, only 20 minutes walk from downtown, or more precisely 2.2 km from the town center. Very significantly, which would highlight as our position is that we easily find and that we are very close to the main roads leading island (at Ivana Lucica 3), but far enough away that you can enjoy the quiet of your holiday and the sun and the scent must be bathed in Mediterranean town.
Our Villa is situated by the beach, in a small place Mastrinka.U near the beautiful town of Trogir - rich historical sites, with plenty of restaurants ,café bars, in the summer is very lively, with numerous cultural and entertainment events.different Daily excursions are organized, and we strongly recommend Fish picnic.Entire villa at your disposal Superb Decorated, Complete Air Conditioning, Near
Designer decorated newly built villa near by the beach.an excellent choice for ultimate pleasure.Superbly equipped villa for rent, 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds.
It is designed for a comfortable home for 6-8 people,
The terrace is at the top of the villa, with sea views are breathtaking
On the ground floor there is a beautiful garden terrace with barbecue grill, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Kitchen open type is slightly separated from the dining and living area. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom.

Feels like Home

We were able to spend two weeks in this beautiful home. The evenings on the roof terrace were wonderful; communication with Mario was excellent and warm. We would love to come back.

This place in Mastinka is so beautiful and well-keept. Everything was nice and clean. The rooms with the air-condition are well designed, the beds are comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep there. From the roof-deck you have a beautiful view to the sea and the surroundings, the terrace in front of the apartment with its little garden is also very comfortable. The beach is a very close and the water clear and clean. We and our daughter had a lot of fun. A real recommendation! MMM

Amazing place with great access to Trogir

We picked this property as a rendezvous point before picking up our charter boat. Mario is great to work with, the place is very nice and was spacious for the 6 of us. Its located within minutes of the airport in Split and old town Trogir. We couldn't have asked for more!

Super Haus mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse

Die Villa Zara ist in sehr neuwertigem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die wunderschöne und große Dachterrasse mit Meerblick haben wir jeden Abend genutzt. Den nahegelegenen Flughafen haben wir als nicht störend empfunden. Im Ort Mastrinka gibt es einen kleinen Laden für den täglichen Bedarf und ein Restaurant. Das Haus ist fußläufig 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Sightseeing, Shopping und Ausflüge sind im nicht weit entfernten Trogir möglich. Mario, der Vermieter, war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns auch leckere Restaurants empfohlen. Alles in allem, sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Haus war sehr schön die Hausbesitzer super nett und freundlich ,werde es weiter empfehlen

Mann sollte es da zu sagen das man dierkt in der Flugschneise ist ,weil es war sehr laut wenn der Flugverkehr im 5.30 anfängt und un Mitternacht aufhört finde ich es nicht sehr erholsam

Family Vacation

The house was in a great location. We spent many evenings enjoying the view from the roof top patio. Everything you needed was within walking distance. There was even a water taxi stop right by the house that took you to Trogir. If we ever get the chance to go back we would definitely stay at this house again. Mario and Anna were very accommodating. .

A comfortable and modern apartment - perfect for a family of 6

This very modern apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and very well equipped. The fabulous roof top terrace overlooked the sea and was perfect for early morning/evening drinks! We hired two cars during our stay and there was adequate parking for both vehicles. We did have a problem during our stay which was sorted immediately by Mario, the owner. A perfect holiday apartment for exploring the fabulous country of Croatia!

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und nah am Strand gelegen. Die Altstadt von Trogir kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus bekommt von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Ausdrücklich danken möchte ich dem Vermieter und seiner Frau für den gastfreundlichen Empfang.

Easy going family holiday

We enjoyed our stay in house Zara very much. It's located in a quiet street, yet just 50 m from the nearest beach, so it was really great for staying with the kids. The house is quite small but very well equiped - there was all we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It's also close to the town of Trogir (great for sightseeing and grocery shopping) and just across the bay from the Split airport. Above all, the owners were really nice to us and made us feel really welcome - thanks again for a nice holiday!
