Very nice apartment

This is a nice and well maintained apartment. We were especially pleased with how the kitchen was stocked with all of the pots/pans needed for cooking. There was an abundance of eating utensels, plates and cups. The apartment is well located in the center of old Cadiz. Literally a ten minute walk to the shore and beach. Several food markets very nearby. The apartment owner took care of a couple of issues in a prompt manner. The water heater went out near the end of our stay and it was replaced the next day after I contacted them. All in all we were very pleased with our stay!

Apartment on arrival had dirty oven tray in a dirty oven ,shower tray grout dirty around tray and tiles ,hand held shower rusty pipe and head no shower gel in dispenser, glasses dirty in kitchen cupboard one stuck to dirty shelf ,bedding old ripped and tired very little storage in bathroom, dirt and rubbish down side of washer shelves in wardrobes dusty and cluterd with old bedding,bathroom fittings rusty,coffe table veneer lifting ,doors veneer lifting top and bottom poor communication with owner and poor response to our comments waited 5 days for reply ,the Appartment is not as discribed and the reviews are not accurate

Great located apartment

Good points:Central location for getting around Cadiz. Lots of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Good size of apartment if staying for more than one night.Comfortable bed.Lots of hanging space and drawers.Could be better:Smell in Kitchen. On inspection seems that it's coming from the sink. It's full of black gunge. Needs a good clean. At times the smell was unbearable. Had to open every window to try to clear it away.Overall cleanliness could have been better. We had to clean all kitchen and bathroom surfaces before using.Washing machine not working. Stuck on delay programme which meant our washing was in the machine for 6 hours tried everything the manual suggested but nothing worked. Had to unplug to get sodden clothes out. Took 3 days for them to dry Overall this apartment could be 5 stars if they worked on the cleanliness. I probably wouldn't go back unless this changed.

Regarding your comments, I explain the following: The smell to which it refers, although at certain times it can be unpleasant, is due to the water table that depending on the wind that there is and more specifically when there is an east wind when raising the level of the sewers, it sends off an unpleasant smell without a doubt but unfortunately we cannot avoid it in some areas of the city. Regarding the operation of the washing machine they have verified that it works perfectly it may be that in their case they choose a longer washing program and it was 6 hours and logically the delay time in its opening is longer and you have to wait before trying to open and finally respect the details about the maintenance I have communicated it to the company in charge so that in the future everything is reviewed Thanks for your comments

Lovely apartment, incredible location

This apartment is super cute and so centrally located. You can easily walk to a ton of really great restaurants, bars and the most AMAZING Central Market (Mercado Central) that we’ve ever visited. It’s wonderful - so much fresh fruit, fish, veggies, everything. This unit looks as advertised. It is on the second floor and has an elevator (rare in the EU) which we made great use of checking in and out. It’s clean and well equipped for long stays. The kitchen has anything you need and there is even a tiny clothes washer in the bathroom. This apartment also has REAL air conditioning and it works really well. Most EU VRBOs advertise AC, but what they really have is a high tech air circulation unit. Our stay was in October so we didn’t need the AC as much but it came in handy those first couple of warm nights. Our travel plans were chaotic getting into town. One of our flights was canceled and we were later than we’d planned, but were able to communicate with the management company and Adri over What’sApp.Adri was very accommodating and willing to meet us late. A navigation note for other renters. The numbering on Calle Torre won’t be what you’re expecting. It’s not exactly sequential. If you take a cab, it will probably drop you off at the corner of Calle de la Rosa and Calle Torre. Turn left on Calle Torre and proceed about halfway up the street. Look for the pale blue building with the white foundation. That’s 51. Summary = go to Cadiz and stay here.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Beschreibung stimmt mit der tatsächliche Wohnung vollkommen überein. Die Wohnung ist mit den nötigen Utensilien sehr gut ausgestattet. Nicht nur 2x Besteck und drei Teller, sondern ausreichend viel . Seife, Spülmittel, Waschmittel war alles verhanden. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht angeschaltet.Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Zentralmarkt entfernt, genauso 5 Gehminuten von der "Restaurantstrasse" Calle de la Virgen de la Palma, bzw. am Rande des Viertels La Viña. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach und freundlich.Es gab ein kleines Manko bei der Kommunikation.Wer die Stadt besuchen möchte ist in dieser Wohnung wirklich gut aufgehoben.

Falsche Angaben zur Ausstattung unter Fewo-direkt

Wir schreiben nur sehr selten Rezensionen aber jetzt ist es uns ein Bedürfnis. Bei Fewo-direkt.de haben wir "Wohnungen mit Parkplatz" in Cádiz gefiltert und uns für diese entschieden. Unter Ausstattung (unterhalb des Fotos der Unterkunftsmanagerin Mercedes) ist der Parkplatz auch aufgelistet. Da wir im Urlaub auf keinen Fall Zeit mit nerviger Parkplatzsuche vergeuden wollten, haben wir sogar vor der Buchung die Vermieterin kontaktiert, um zu erfahren, wo er sich befindet und ob er wirklich inkludiert ist. Sie schrieb uns den Parkhausnamen und dass er wie im Angebot beschrieben, bezahlt ist. In Cádiz angekommen, hieß es, dass ein Parkplatz laut spanischem Angebot (VRBO) zu bezahlen sei. Offensichtlich hat Fewo-direkt.de das Wohnungsangebot nicht korrekt übersetzt. Es gibt KEINEN reservierten Parkplatz zu dieser Wohnung, was uns viel Zeit, Nerven und über 100 € zusätzlich gekostet hat!!! Bis auf fehlende Handtuch-Aufhängemöglichkeiten in Bad und Küche (wir haben dafür einen Wäscheständer im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt), ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist super, die Schlüsselübernahme und -abgabe sehr unkompliziert.

Apartamento Cádiz en el centro histórico

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Ich habe einen zweiwöchigen Sprachkurs gemacht und die Zeit in der wirklich schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem, die Lage bestens. Die Kommunikation verlief völlig unkompliziert über WhatsApp und Mercedes war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ich komme gerne wieder. Hola Mercedes, me disfruté mis vacaciones mucho. Un bueno, acogedor y buen amueblado apartamento en una ciudad fantástica. Excelente ubicación, piso, limpieza y trato

Nos hemos alojado por unos días y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de bares, supermercado la playa y, fundamental para nuestro viaje, cerca del tren. La limpieza también es super importante principalmente en estos momentos que estamos saliendo del confinamiento. Toallas, sábanas y el piso en general super limpios. El piso está muy bien para dos personas y creo que hasta podría dormir alguien más en el sofá del salón porque es muy cómodo. Tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación y salón que funcionan perfecto, electrodomésticos y herramientas para cocinar y todo se ve recién renovado, tanto el piso como el edificio en sí. Por último pero no menos importante, el trato. Hemos pedido ingresar antes porque llegábamos temprano e irnos más tarde y, como no lo tenían ocupado, nos lo han ofrecido sin problemas. La estadía fue excelente y Cadiz también. Sin duda, estamos pensando en volver.

Schön renovierte Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Wir waren zu einem Kurzurlaub im Mai fünf Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt tadellos, auch per WhatsApp. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand sind einwandfrei. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand oder ins Zentrum der Stadt. Klare Empfehlung!

El apartamento es como se refleja en las fotos. Dormitorio cómodo y funcional. Es una casa perfecta para una pareja o familia con un niño. Comfortabele woning in hartje Cadiz !

Moderne , prettige woning in nabijheid van alle highlights van Cadiz. De compacte maar complete flat is schoon licht en gezellig. Wij hebben er van genoten en komen zeker nog eens terug!
