The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood and very quiet and peaceful. Nice view of lake from outdoor balcony and a great place to watch sunrise and sunset. Beds were so comfortable. The house is very close to grocery store which was a great plus. You will see a lot of the local wildlife during your stay as well.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location on Smith Mountain Lake was beautiful and made for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting SML!

Lake side stay

The property was perfect for our family of 4 and well stocked with household and lake side amenities! The neighborhood is in a quiet cove and the property hosts are super friendly and accommodating!

Impressive property! I’ve stayed at Smith Mountain Lake for 20 years. This was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed in terms of location in a private cove, the amenities offered at the property, cleanliness of the property, and the speed in which the owner replied. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the lake this year!

Great place to unwind

Place is very clean, nice quiet spot on the lake. We took out the included kayaks and fished around the area. Beautiful, especially at sunset. Great hosts and nice overall process.

Excellent place!

This place was wonderful! It was very clean and located on a quiet place on the lake. Each couple having their own bathroom was a plus, and an additional powder room was nice. The screened in porch was nice- there were no mosquitoes to worry about! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

First time at SML

This is the perfect place to stay! Location on the lake is great. Quiet, beautifully situated and the condo is amazingly equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Perfect setup for teens and kids. If you can't handle lots of steps, that's the only problem.

This was our third stay at this rental. It is very comfortable and well situated in the SML area. Perfect as a home base for visiting friends or staying in for kayaking and game night.

Great lake house!

We loved sitting on the SCREENED porch, in their comfy furniture, looking at the lake. We loved being able to use their kayaks and swim dock to enjoy the afternoon on the lake. It's close to tourist fun, a grocery store, and lots of restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked. What else could you want??

Perfect getaway

We had a great time at Smith Mountain Lake. This property was clean, and seemed brand new- despite the weather we had a great time, the dock was perfect for fishing, swimming and exploring. The location is fantastic if you have young kids- ie: close to Kroger, and Booker T , etc.

Perfect Place

Oh, such a good location and home. You were never too far away from anything you would want to do. Modern, comfortable, and clean home. And the owners of the home were great to deal with. We loved using the kayaks to go explore the lake.

Beautiful lake home

We have stayed at SML many times. Many different locations on the lake and this was definitely one of the best! So clean and comfortable. Also a great location, close to the marina. My son fished out back and caught a couple bass. We rented a boat and enjoyed a day on the lake. Wonderful to come back to a clean and inviting house to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens and beds were comfy.

Vacation at Smith Mountain Lake

Our stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed to make this a first time vacation at Smith Mountain Lake. The condo was very clean and great space for 5 of us. We took advantage of the 2 kayaks and we were able to dock our boat which was very convent! We would highly recommend this rental and to take a vacation at Smith Mountain Lake! We look forward to coming back again!

great trip to smith mt lake condo

We loved the condo. It was clean, we loved the little extra touches that made our stay great. The condo was large enough that everyone had their own space. The screened porch was definitely a hit. Having access to the dock and a slip for our rented boat was also great. This was our first trip to the area and will not be our last.

Loving Lake life

What a wonderful place you have. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing it with us so we could make family memories together. Everything was so nice and the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. It was fabulous how stocked the kitchen was so meal time was so easy. It really has everything and more. Coffee makers, smoothie makers, pots, pans, all different dishes including for small children, and even a great selection of cups. Rooms, beds, and space were top notch. The views were breathtaking. We were able to use the kayaks, swim at the dock, fish, and even do a boat rental. We will definitely book here again!!

A Great Condo at SML

Our family had an amazing stay at this pristine condo. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and was stocked with paper products, cascade pods, foil, etc. Beds were incredibly comfortable too! Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow and we greatly appreciated the welcome letter that Wade provided, especially the information on boat trailer storage since we brought our own boat. The location was great as we were in a quiet, peaceful area but also about 5 minutes from groceries and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a truly exceptional stay at Smith Mountain Lake.

STOP THIS IS THE PALCE TO BE

OK so this is the second year we stayed here both times seven nights. Unbelievable beautiful sunsets. Bring your binoculars the view was Incredible. Wade is awesome. Not only the owner but your friend . Stop looking around. This place has everything. I’m not yelling. I’m Italian. Thanks again wade great time as usually
