Ground floor: large living room (parquet) very bright overlooking the garden and terrace. Living room, dining room, kitchen.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (parquet): 1 bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds 90x200 and 90x200 1 bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Garden furniture, sunbeds.
Ideally located in the heart of Gourmalon in a one way street, you park the car outside the house and you can do everything on foot or by bike: 800m from the beach of the Source (thalasso), 700m from the old port and the center Pornic, near the coastal footpath, 600m of a small supermarket.

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt.schade war, das die GegenstÀnde zum putzen nur hinter einem Vorhang waren, das war vom Geruch nicht so angenehm. Uns hat ein bisschen der Internet-Anschluss gefehlt, aber wir haben uns mit einem eigenen Hotspot beholfen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Garten, es stimmt, dass man alles zu Fuß erledigen kann - Restaurants, Supermarkt, BĂ€cker, Bahnhof, Meer :-) Auch fĂŒr die Anreise per Zug geeignet. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann schön auf der Terrasse speisen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Notre séjour à Pornic a été trÚs agréable dans une maison exceptionnelle. Tout y est ! Le confort, la jolie décoration, les détails pratiques et une conciergerie qui répond présente pour que tout se passe au mieux . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, die Lage ist optimal zur Stadtmitte oder zu den StrĂ€nden, sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Verantwortlichen waren zu jederzeit erreichbar.

Stilvolles Haus im wunderschönen Pornic

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem schön hergerichtetem Haus. Es fehlte uns an nichts (auch wenn ein WLAN wĂŒnschenswert wĂ€re). Die Einrichtung und die Terasse sorgen dafĂŒr, dass man sich gleich zu Hause fĂŒhlt. Das wunderschöne Zentrum von Pornichc ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen und die schönen Badebuchten erreicht man schnell und problemlos mit dem Auto.

TrĂšs bien

Super Ă©quipĂ©, rien ne manque. Spacieux, bonne literie, jardin agrĂ©able, trĂšs lumineux, avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la cafetiĂšre Nespresso. Beaucoup ustensiles culinaires. Un seul bĂ©mol la porte coulissante qui donne sur la terrasse que nous n’avons jamais pu ouvrir, mais avons fait usage de la port entrĂ©e donc pas vraiment grave. Autrement les rues autour sont trĂšs Ă©troites et si des vĂ©hicules mal stationnĂ©s gĂȘnent le passage des camions de la voirie alors c’est le concert de klaxonnes de longues minutes le lundi matin ou voir pas de collecte selon que les gens se lĂšvent ou pas pour dĂ©placer les vĂ©hicules. A 5 mns Ă  pied du centre Ă  7mns de la plage c’est idĂ©al.

Sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, mit bezauberndem Palmen-Garten und ruhiger Lage war ein großer Genuß! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gut organisiert und modern. Besonders der Parkettboden hat mir gut gefallen und fĂŒr eine gemĂŒtliche AtmosphĂ€re gesorgt. Einziger Nachteil oder auch Vorteil: es gibt kein WLAN... was am Anfang fĂŒr alle ein Schock war, entpuppte sich spĂ€ter als Segen. Das Haus ist also insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Concierge ist freundlich und klappt reibungslos!

Jolie maison, bien aménagée

Nous avons passés un beau séjour dans cette trÚs jolie ville. La maison est agréable, propre et bien aménagée. Des rideaux à rez-de-chaussée seraient bienvenus pour plus d'intimité le soir. Elle est bien située car tout pret du port et de l'activité de la ville mais reste au calme ce qui est un vrai plus. Manuela nous a accueilli trÚs sympathiquement avec des conseils et des adresses de la ville et de la région. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Amapola

Ta propriĂ©taire des lieux est un vĂ©ritable amour. La Conciergerie qui s’occupe Ă©galement de la maison est au top. Il est trĂšs rare de trouver un lit en 160 dans une location et de surcroĂźt de bonne qualitĂ©. Les enfants Ă©taient ravis des lits superposĂ©s. Nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir et espĂ©rons revenir trĂšs vite. Encore 1000 merci

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine Ă  Pornic. La maison est au calme, dans une rue peu frĂ©quentĂ©e, tout en Ă©tant Ă  5mn Ă  pied du port et des commerces. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs chaleureuse et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Malheureusement, le vent nous a empĂȘchĂ© de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin, mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois !!! Encore merci pour l'accueil.

Beautifully equipped house in wonderful location!

We loved this house and the location of Pornic. The house was clean, modern and very well quipped. We stayed 1 week and only used the car to pop to the supermarket a couple of times - apart from that we stayed in the area! It is a few minutes walk to the town and harbour with lots of shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful walks along the coast. Our children (aged 15 and 12) went out and about on their own into the town and to the beach which was lovely for them (and us!). We would definitely like to stay here again.

Impeccable (la perfection n'Ă©tant pas de ce monde)

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, malgrĂ© le temps pas toujours trĂšs chaud La maison, trĂšs propre, lumineuse et accueillante, situĂ© Ă  8-10 minutes Ă  pied du port et ses nombreux commerces et restaurants, est celle de propriĂ©taires qui y sĂ©journent aussi : rien n'y manque ! La salle de douche bĂ©nĂ©ficie de crochets et tablettes en suffisance (souvent absents dans les locations). MĂȘme des multi-prises sont disponibles dans les chambres, Ă©quipĂ©es de rideaux occultants. La cuisine est trĂšs bien fournie. Des grandes tasses ou mugs y seraient cependant bienvenus. Dans la remise, il y a mĂȘme une trousse Ă  outils (qui a servi pour resserrer la boulonnerie de la table de la terrasse :-D. Les murs de celle-ci mĂ©riteraient un petit coup de peinture. Le voisin devrait couper ses bambous pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du soleil en fin de journĂ©e. Petit jardin ombragĂ©, bien pratique pour le rangement des vĂ©los. Bref, Ă  recommander sans hĂ©sitation !

Belle maison rénovée dans un écrin de verdure

La maison est trÚs bien rénovée et trÚs facile à l'usage. Elle est trÚs lumineuse et se trouve dans un magnifique écrin de verdure à deux pas de l'océan. Bien située, on peut tout faire à pied et aller en quelques minutes manger des glaces à la Fraiseraie! Location à conseiller sauf si on veut se la réserver!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de charme trÚs bien rénovée, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Ecrin de verdure et de lumiÚre à deux pas de l'océan. Proche du centre à pied et de la Fraiseraie avec ses sorbets incomparables!
