What makes this property unique
You will be welcomed in the elegant and exclusive area of the city, bordered by Via Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo, frequented in the past by the rich and middle class, now embellished with rich shop windows and all kinds of shops for your needs. The great theatres, Politeama and Massimo, the largest in Europe. Borgo Vecchio, one of the oldest historical markets of the city together with Capo, Vucciria and Ballarò. A mixture of elegance and tradition, history and culture, but also strong cultural contrasts that make unique this city.
In the evening the whole area is full of people and life thanks to the numerous pubs, nightclubs as well as fine restaurants. Moreover, a few minutes walk, you can easily reach the port, the bus station to get the airport, taxi and bus to reach the main tourist sites, including Monreale and the renowned beach of Mondello.
