Lovely 3-bedroom house, perfectly located to fully enjoy your stay on foot. Whether you’re heading to the beach, the golf course, the shops or local activities, everything is just a few minutes away. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance area is ideal for storing bicycles or surfboards and also includes the washing machine. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course (no guardrail; caution advised with young children) and features a well-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a lounge area with TV. This level also offers a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and large wardrobe, a shower room with washbasin, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190), and another with a double bed (140x190) and access to a balcony with a lovely open view of the golf course. A dressing room is also available. The house includes a private parking space and can accommodate up to 6 guests in a peaceful, green environment.
A contribution to charges of €45 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€).
