Villa Inia - PlusHolidays

Welcome to this cosy holiday villa located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, a perfect place to enjoy comfort and relaxation close to the sea. The property is ideal for up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all located on the lower floor. It also offers a solarium on the upper level, accessible via external stairs.



Inside, the villa offers a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/TDT TV and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax and spend time together. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a ceramic hob. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bathtub, as well as two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both also with air conditioning. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.



On the upper level, the solarium is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in complete privacy.



Outside, the villa features a private rectangular swimming pool measuring 9x4 metres, equipped with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a room with WC and washbasin, as well as a built-in barbecue perfect for outdoor dining.



The property is located in the Los Almendros residential area, a well-connected area close to all amenities. The beach and promenade are 900 metres away, the nearest supermarket is 500 metres away and the centre of Calpe is 1.8 km away.



Free WiFi is available. Dogs up to 12 kg are allowed for an additional fee, so you can enjoy your holiday together with your pet.
