Overall great property with lots of common space. Master bedroom is great, other bedrooms on the small side and I think bedroom 2 has a full size bed, not a queen as advertised.We had a great stay!

Good home base for an active trip—really centrally located to Garden of the Gods, Zoo, Broodmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs/Pike’s Peak. Short walk to variety restaurants, easy parking, having garage space for bikes (if you have them) is a huge plus.

Excellent property and close to restaurants. Trouble checking in as the front gate lock wouldnt work. Tried calling the manager but only got VM. Eventually opened the gate.

Great location, very clean, excellent communication. The property had every thing we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a Keurig with pods. The bathrooms had extras in case we forgot anything. The beds were very comfortable and the towels smelled nice. We walked to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Six of us stayed comfortably in our rooms and the place was very clean. Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, delicious restaurants, and many more are so close to this place! I would 120% stay here again.
