Very nice place to stay, friendly people, safe, clean, roomy, and close to duval street, fort Zachary and fort Zachary Beach, along with Mallory square. Over all great place to stay. Would highly recommend stay here. Loved it.

Super location

Great location ! It was everything we needed to have a great time. The Fully loaded kitchen was great for meals. Beach towels were provided. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee.

Annual family vacation

Perfect location, close to everything you could need, friendly neighbors, all amenities you could think of were supplied in the condo and great beaches nearby. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! Will definitely return.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed the added touches. The outside patio having a cover so we could sit outside and stay in the shade. Allowed us to keep our luggage only in the condo so we didn’t have to haul it around on the day we left. Any time I had a question, the manager replied immediately. Best location and very clean. We had a great stay.

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location. Just a brief walk from Duval Street. Felt very safe in the condo complex. The condo was very clean and well equipped with anything you could need. Braden was so quick and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at The Palms. This was our fourth visit to Key West and this time another couple travelled with us. The condo is set-up perfectly for two couples or a small family. We spent a fair bit of time by the pool during the day as it was hot and headed out for Happy Hour with the more permanent residents we met by the pool who provided many suggestions. The location is great. Would love to stay again.

This is a perfect location for people wanting to stay near Duvall Street. Easily walkable to many local & tourist favorite spots. The property was clean, had beach towels for use and has a front and back balcony. The beds were a tad firm, one seeks and some of the pillows were rock hard but all 4 people in our party were able to manage just fine. A perk was finding shower products in an easy dispenser in the shower: shampoo, conditioner & body wash! Highly recommended.

A Treasure In the Shipyard

First, the owner's communication and timeliness were exceptional!! When a situation (of MY own doing) arose, he was so incredibly gracious and understanding. He saved the day AND our vacation! Second, the condo was exactly as described. It was CLEAN, comfortable, and secure. The location was perfect and accommodations came with the little things like extra beach towels, plenty of bath towels, extra pillows, etc. The back balcony has a great deal of lush greenery surrounding it (from the ground) that made it feel like we were in an upscale treehouse when sitting out there. We also appreciated that certain things were labeled and posted like wifi info (my husband had to tend to some work things). The greatest compliment I can give is that when we return to KW, we hope to stay at this same location!!

The conds was the perfect size located walking distance from everywhere on the island. We loved the front and back balconies. It had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and sweep up. The pool was wonderful. The whole area was clean and maintained. We loved meeting people at the pool, restaurants, beach and just walking around. We will definitely book with Braden again.

Great condo! Had no problem finding it or getting in. Everything was as expected l. Neat, fresh, and tidy. Close to Duval and Mallory Square. Easy walking everywhere we wanted to go! Highly recommend!!!

The perfect get away

The place was exactly what we expected. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities. A front balcony for the morning sun and a back balcony for a shaded afternoon. The location was walkable to all the historic attractions and restaurants and the community pool was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be coming back

Annual Mom & Daughter Trip

The condo was perfect for our annual birthday trip - wonderful location within walking distance to Duvall St, shopping and restaurants; super cute condo, and we really enjoyed the front and back porches! Braden was also a wonderful host - worked with us to rebook our reservation after a last minute change of plans thanks to a hurricane. We would definitely stay here again!
