Beautiful apartment in Kayersberg

Lovely apartment in a really good location. Very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful. Only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kayserberg. The balcony enables you to sit out in the warm evenings. We really enjoyed it here. Just a couple of things we would mention. Firstly, it is advertised as a 3 bed apartment but as it was just my husband and I, bedrooms 2 and 3 were locked. Not a problem for us but if you were a couple who liked separate rooms you would get a bit of a shock! Check in and out times are fixed as the owner likes to show you around initially and then review the property before you leave. The owner (Phillipe) is very efficient and nice but speaks no English. His son, Sarl, speaks English and will do the introduction if you speak no French. Overall, a lovely property and we would have no hesitation in re-booking.

Kaysersberg von seiner schönsten Seite

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Wetter war uns wohlgesonnen. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber und wohl erst kĂŒrzlich renoviert und ausreichend groß. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind authentisch das ne es gab 2 ParkplĂ€tze zur Auswahl. Leider lag das Erdgeschoss in der 2. Etage, so dass es fĂŒr bewegungseingeschrĂ€nkte Personen etwas herausfordernd war. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist aber kein Problem.

Very clean and complete. Bed on the groundfloor very small though and just 2 towels p.p (1 small and 1 bigger) there is a washer dryer but that means that while it runs you have no spare towel. We could have used an extra set of keys as well. If one goes out to the bakery, you either lock the house and than nobody gets out or leave it open. Other than that very nice location and friendly host
